      hello i continue to get the error massage auth failed anyone else getting this problem

      i have bought the 3 day trial and had zero problems

      i decided to buy a month sub and can't use it for some odd reason ?

      would love some feed back and a fix tyvm:confused:


      i can't even login to the bot? is my key not voild or something i just bought it last night and does not work when i type all and i have gone over and over and made sure it was correct i even copy and paste it to the login box in hb and still auth failed massage

      please would some more feed back i could get some help tyvm

      and how do i do that? im used to it doing that when i start it up, but it's not doing that this time

      go to updates.buddyauth.com and update manually,
      older versions are banned from auth and did not receive update messages

      Yes the problem am having is the key simply does not work or is not voild if this is not the issue then only other thing i can think of is that the auth server is down

      i have the latest vs of hb and still does not even pass login of hb

      my key isn't working i have my transaction id from payment method used. i Don't want a refund just a working key! is all

      if this can't be provided to me after i have paid 10 dollars for the key/services i will have to file a despite in order to get my money back if u fail to do both

      P.S just fix my key please that's all i'am asking for thanks for understanding

      yes it is i don't see how u says it not? when i just downloaded and retired it whit the latest vs which is in fact the one i tired!

      i quota so this an outdated vs is what your replying to? Honorbuddy: 2.5 r8987 Build 715 that is the vs am using so idk how u says it an outdated vs???

      the problem is your STILL not running the latest build.

      download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.
      http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy

      after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.

      the problem is not me its your servies

      i didn't want to have two get ugly whit bossland but seems it is only way to get help around!

      0 i have followed the following steps to make it work but nothing :p

      1 fresh install and into a new folder of the latest build the only one that is uploaded to your host that i'am able to download and i have access to!

      2nd i have done typed in the key by hand that did not work

      3rd i even went as far as going to the following link to make sure Log On - Buddy Auth Portal

      4th nothing worked so far!

      5th i even try by unblocking the program under prop and still does not work

      6th as i stated in my every post i have the latest build that is accessible to the public

      7th the links that i downloaded from Buddy Updates = build vs Honorbuddy: 2.5 r9001 Build 716

      and now i'am sick of this shit so please refund my money so if your Not gonna help what you started

      then your company is in the wrong business area and should start in something else besides robotics reason this not your operating filed

      P.S tyvm and i hope this get resolved pretty quick i'am very unhappy at the moment with the services i have bin provided with

      I'am also putting in the claim at 9am in the morning. and plan to call them at 8:00am ct zone Monday morning

      im trying to help you, but you dont wanna listen.

      so if you want a refund send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com make sure you include your key and one will be provided, no questions asked. we're not here to force people to stay here if they dont wanna be. you obviously dont have the patience to be a botter, and thats fine, its not for everyone.

      i listened very close and sadly


      noone else seemed to care or listen and it seems u didn't even listen your self if you would of read and clicked that link to your companys updates u would of known infact i'am the latest build :p P.S you guys need better communication our you're business staff members do not care no longer about customers then this i even gonna do better i plan to fille a dispute to fraud department with paypal in the morning have grate day

      you have been VERY uncooperative every step of the way, ive tried working with you so have everyone else. and instead of just answering out questions and following instructions, you keep coming back that we're horrible and are bad at customer service.

      BTW build 715 is NOT the latest build. you would know that if you followed the instructions, and did an actual follow up instead of just complaining.

      so last chance, you can ether work with me, because im still open to working with you. or i can close the thread.
