I've the same issue as you Puzzyfloor. My toon will stop attacking for 2-3 seconds during fights, even stop moving when I'm using AFK mode.
For Touch of Karma, if you're targeting the healer and you go to the amount of HP the routine uses it, but it will use it on the healer instead of the DPS that's attacking.

I have the paid versions of all your CR. They all work perfectly as expected and more. Yet, tried out the monk one today on my new 1 level monk. And it threw an error at me at login. Sorry about the massive image, hopefully a mod can sort that out.

Hey Tuanha, there is still a lag. But its now about every 8-10 seconds. Mostly hes waiting 1-2 seconds f?r Rising Sun Kick.

The new logic only stop Blackout Kick if Fists of Fury or Rising Sun Kick cooldown about to get back in 2 second and this logic do more dps than dumb 2 chi on Blackout Kick right away man.

I only have WoW accounts because you make raiding possible for those of us either to inept or to busy to keep up with all the requirements of raiding skill. Just today, I got a kill in SoO...looked down and I had used my lock cookie 2x...
