This is the latest response from Customer Support:
      Greetings xxx,

Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment.

You account was unfortunately caught and closed by one of our automated security measures. You can find a summary of what we have done and what you still need to do below.

--- What have we done? ---
      - Reset your Battle.net account password (sent via email)
      - Overturned the closure of your account.

--- What do you need to do? ---
      - Ensure your account is secure, links to advice for this can be found below.
      - Complete the password reset to choose your new password.
      - Re-activate your subscription (see below).

      --- Further Information ---

      - Payment -
When your account was closed the recurring subscription details were removed from your account; you will not be billed again on this card unless you enter the details again manually. Once the current subscription is over, if no further payment details are added, your account will become frozen

      - Proxies -
It is not uncommon that proxies are used by Online Trading companies (gold sellers) and users of exploitative third party programs. We do not support the use of ***** services and if you continue to use them it is unfortunately possible that your account will get closed like this again.

Just a stright question - howmany days/weeks/months the accounts survived with 10/24hours uptime before the autoban triggered?

And have u used them on the very same computer, with the same IP, or different setup?

same ip, same computer, i have them in VMware running tho. I bought the accounts on 12dec, leveled in 2-3 days with RAF and started botting on 15 december till 2january so around 3 weeks which is perfect for a 4 weeks gametime which is provided from the battlechest

as a side note i got another email from a ban appeal stating this (2 accounts have been permanently closed)

The game client may monitor your computer's RAM and/or CPU processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with the game.

An unauthorized third party program is defined as any third party software (including Addons) that facilitates cheating; intercepts, mines or collects information from the game database; or allows modifying or hacking of the game interface, environment or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment.

I wonder how many devs looked at this and thought about how many people ask this question and even if you explained the answer they wouldn't understand anyway.. do you really think that they don't care about their business that they'd forget to cover their customers from things like Warden and risk everyone using their software to get banned?

Let's chalk this one up to common sense.

Hey my account has banned too. I was just started using bot, never banned before. I don't know what can I do now. You say you retrieved 2 of 5 accounts. Is there any chance for me to retrieve mine? What should I do for it?
