Why is there 0 support and feedback on there? I mean come on? You tell him to go there... 8 hours ago... Nothing. This isn't support by linking him to another forum post. Get someone in there doing their job! MY GOD!
We live in different time zones and there are >100.000 other users around so an answer might take a while. It might also take a while to reproduce an issue and sometimes its even not possible. Waiting time also goes up if problem description is not very detailled or no logfile was attached. Last but not least other things may have higher priority or we simply missed a post.
Cool, but why after months are people ignored? Is that botbase now being ignored now? I mean they've asked for fixes, reproduced errors across multiple users, and even posted logs only to be ignored. Please just go do a little TLC in there, cause DAMN!
just because the developer doesnt respond to EVERY post does not mean people are being ignored. highvoltz knows what hes doing and hes working on those issues.
