happend to me also some time ago. contact support@thebuddyforum.com and they will unlock it. In the meantime move yourself to other pool Thats what i did.
Does anyone know why i have to close the video game to run cgminer, otherwise i am getting 20% Kh/s of usuall. This has started happening lately. Sometimes even that doesn't work and i need to restart the PC. I always run it combined with video game and parameters -I 11 with ATI card. Sometimes i even change to higher like -I 13 when i am AFK. So now will i each time have to restart PC for that to work as it should?
Still no response from support as to why my account is locked and when it will be unlocked I have made enough to buy another HB licence now, just wanna spend it on that. G EDIT: I take that back, found one sitting in my spam folder. G
just a reminder that anyone who tries to get this coin is probably going to run into issues using the wallet.. so if you are thinking about mining this coin ... hold off until they decide to fix up the wallet since there is obviously a problem ive tried on 4-5 pcs, and my buddy has tried two.. all of them can not sync we have tried multiple fixes from removing app data to running in various compatibility modes its not safe to keep thousands of coins inside a pool. this is the situation im in.. apparently there are some people without issues who installed it a while back.
would appreciate you not spamming with useless garbage, i have used 7-8 different wallets for that various crypto-currencies in the past and have no problems other than this coin i transfer funds between wallets and exchanges on a DAILY basis, have a general knowledge of IT and general networking protocols.. on that note... i have 7 r9 280x that i use to mine various coins with and would appreciate a response from someone that actually knows something.. I have now tried on 7 pcs personally (did a few of the pcs @ work) and they have the same issue now ive tried various settings various operating systems and even my buddy can't get it working on his windows 7 pc and windows 8.1 laptop.
