please help I love hb and have been using it for a couple of months with no issues, out of the blue today on both of my accounts I am now getting an authentication failed error. I have purchased multiple sessions and keys but they are not displayed in my portal. I have tried all troubleshooting steps that I could find for the issue, ie reinstall ect. Anyways Thanks for making such an awesome product...please help a boting simp. TY
anyone here, still have not recieved any assistance here or with the tickets i have submitted...I like hb and have payed for mult sessions this is starting to get on my nerves. I dont understand why it is tripping out sometimes now.
