I have had 26 accounts banned over last 3 days all with lvl 85+ characters on them and none linked with same names / played on same computers / playing on same ips via ***. I was using kicks profiles just leveling a few and the others were doing bgs and 3 grinding some ore. I literally watched them ban 5 of them within 2 minutes of me starting them after changing my ip address and mac address. I called blizzard and they told me that they have confirmed that they DETECTED a 3rd party program and that was the reason for the ban and none of the bans would be lifted.
There are those that hold the belief that Blizz can detect your RAM and can see when things are awry.
How am I still botting then? so odd that they don't ban us even though they tried and failed a few months ago.
How can I leave on Vacation and forget to turn my bot off, and have it run for 6 days straight and not get banned? Oh right, private profiles that 10,000 other botters arent using.
well, running 26 bots will get anyone banned no matter what..... but you make them yourself or find someone ont he forum who has it in the signature that they make custom private profiles.
26 accounts? Pardon my language, but Jesus Christ. As far as using IP masks like you describe, it's a waste. They can recognize IPs from them and put two and two together.
So you sell gold? You're probably blacklisted by them or something, if that's the case. Changing your IP while they're running wouldn't do anything to save you lol
Thing is they ban all my accounts except the ones i hold gold on???? How can they not know where the gold is? No one ive sold to has been caught either... And obviously i stop them but all my accounts run from different location ips and are under different names. They are in no way connected.
I'd almost guarantee that's what it is. They're tracking the gold being sent from the account, but not punishing the recipient (no idea why). From what I've read, it's best to send in small amounts like 10k to avoid setting off flags. This is pure speculation, though.
You get flagged when there are more than X(no one knows how much) accounts are run on the same IP. And before someone says herp derp they don't ban on IP. They don't it does not mean they don't check it and decide on it. Just one of many flags.
Yes, we know IPs get flagged. OP has taken extreme measures to make sure none of these accounts could be linked together. While it's possible that he slipped up just once and they caught him for it, I'm still leaning on my theory that he was banned for transferring so much gold via mail. It seems stupid (at least to me), but maybe he set off flags that screamed gold seller to Blizzard.
