      Dear support,

      I have just became a member and received my key.
      1. I have installed HB
      2. I have Framework 4.0 installed - tried to reinstall
      3. I have C++ 2010 redist - tried to reinstall
      4. WoW is running windowed at 32bit and is using DX 9

      I am running Win7 x64.

      So I followed everything from the Wiki but the bot is still crashing and I have not been able to use it once so far.
      I have attached the latest error log and a screenshot.

      Thank you for your time and support !

      Best regards.

      I am facing the same issue. Just downloaded and setup HB but upon logging in HB crashes. I too am running the WoW at x86 but windows 8. What could be the reason?!?! I thought it was as simple as plug and play?!?! Please help!! Thanks!

      Same thing happening with me. HB will run normally with clean install, no plugins, CRs, no nothing. But once I try to add a CR or something else, it loads for longer than usual and eventually gives me an error message. I have attached the three logs I have gotten from the clean install.

      Hi and thanks for the reply,

      Unfortunately this did not work for me.
      Its a clean installation and so far I have not been able to run it once.
      Should I open a support ticket as well ?
