Guild Grind To Level 25​

Introduction:
After seeing a few guilds fail due to their low level and lack of members I have decided to release a short guide on how to boost your guild levels with little to no effort. By using the following guide I have gained nearly 200 players in my current guild in just a week (medium populated server). You may not think that 200 is a big number but when there are thousands of guilds created and more being created every day it is hard to find players to join.

The idea is to recruit as many low levels as you can due to the fact that your guild level will increase through the lower level users questing and such. You can run this on multiple toons for maximum efficiency if you have the resources.

Requirements:
TortoiseSVN (Feel free to Google if you do not trust me)

Files:
WoW Addon - SuperGuildInviter (SVN): akna-hb - Revision 100: /trunk/Addons
HonorBuddy Plugin - PimpMyGuild (SVN): akna-hb - Revision 100: /trunk/Plugins/PimpMyGuild

Addon Instructions

1. Close all instances of WoW.
2. Download SGI (SuperGuildInviter) place the files into your addon folder (World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/).
3. Load up WoW on any character in your guild.
4. Click the SGI button located at the mini-map.
5. Click and Enable the following;
   • "Enable Addon"
   • "Mute SGI"
   • "Hide system messages"
   • "Hide outgoing whisper"
   • "Greet joined players"
   • Optional: "Set join date in officer note" (This is to track how long someone has been in your guild).
6. Now you'll want to set the outgoing whisper to those you're inviting so click "Customize whisper" and choose one of the following to type into the whisper box;
   • "Greetings PLAYER! I am recruiting for my level LEVEL guild called: NAME. We are a new guild and we promise to offer you the best amount of fun for a growing guild. If you would like to join then feel free to click accept"
   • "Hello PLAYER! You have caught my attention. I notice you're a low level and I see this as an opportunity to help both of us. My guild NAME is only level LEVEL and by joining you'll help it increase in levels whilst we can help you increase in levels too!"
   • Or you can pick your own custom message to send to them.
7. After setting your customer whisper you can set your own custom greeting by clicking "Customize Greet Message". Feel free to use one of the following;
   • "Greetings PLAYER! Welcome to NAME"
   • "Welcome to NAME, PLAYER"
   • Or you can pick your own custom message to greet them.
8. We're almost there now! Just hover your cursor over the maximum level limit in the SGI menu (image: http://puu.sh/6VHjP.png), you will want to change the 90 to something lower such as around 35. You can do this by scrolling your mouse wheel down whilst hovering over it.

Plugin Instructions

1. Close all instances of HonorBuddy.
2. Download PMG (PimpMyGuild) and place the files into your HonorBuddy plugin folder (HonorBuddy/Plugins/)
3. Launch a new instance of HonorBuddy.
4. Enable "Enhanced Mode" if you haven't already.
5. Click on "Plugins"
6. Enable "PimpMyGuild"
7. Select any Bot Base you want, in this tutorial we will use Party Bot.
8. Click on "Bot Settings"
9. Enable "Do Nothing - For leaders only!"
10. Save and Close PartyBot Settings.
11. Click "Start".

I gave credits where it was needed. This is simply a guide on how to utilise the addon and plugin to level your guild as fast as possible.

I spot a flaw, what if they join, take the free stuff, then leave.

 

Offer them free repair up to a certain amount. Pvpers will abuse it but you should come out on top.

 

What is the purpose of SuperGuildInviter here? It seems like PimpMyGuild does everything SGI tried to do... and more.

 

SGI is the wow addon. PMG will interact with SGI to make it automatic (as long as it is ticked in honorbuddy).

 

PMG didn't seem to be doing anything for me.

 

Me either, I have checked PMG's forum and it seems to be down. No confirmation, just speculation.

 

PimpMyGuild is the HB plugin. SuperGuildInviter is the WoW AddOn PMG utilizes. SGI is required for PMG to work.

 

SuperGuildInviter: WoW addon that allows you to mass-invite players.

PimpMyGuild: An HonorBuddy plugin that allows you to automate the features of SuperGuildInviter. This is dependent on SGI to run properly.

 

It looks like SuperGuild Inviter Has been updated so it no longer works with PMG atm. I tried using the older version of SGI but there is nothing in the UI for it. It's just a big empty yellow box that says SGI

How do I prevent it from going afk after 5minutes and disconnecting me?...

 

There are plenty of Anti-AFK plugins aswell that will help out alot. But I usually just play while I'm using Super Guild Inviter etc.
