it is , but I noticed this morning that it throws an compiler error on startup, gonna post it later when I'm home /e: nevermind, simply had to do with Net Framework 4.5
It just shows who targeted you and where you were at the time. They didn't necessarily report you. It's information you can use in multiple ways, some of which are suggested in this thread.
im not very computer savvy. can you have the 4.5 framework and the 4.0 framework that HB needs to run? i dont even know what those do lol
yes u can but back to the plugin, it is nice to have, but (sorry to say that) not very useful (for the purpose mentioned, but still a nice plugin to see stuckings by ordering by my location ^^), because: - it only shows when someone targets u - noone needs to target u when he wants to report u example PHP: /run HelpFrame_ShowReportPlayerNameDialog("mouseover") ReportPlayerNameDialog.reportType=SecureCmdOptionParse("[btn:1]badplayername;badguildname") HelpFrame_UpdateReportPlayerNameDialog() with this lil script i could report someone without targetting him (well this is only for bad name or bad guildname, but it could be rewritten to cheating, beeing afk, or what ever u want) also in a battleground ... u don't need to target someone, it is much easier by reporting the players/bots with the help of the battleground ui without the need to ever see the person/toon
yes very good to tell if you got stuck, and there's always a way around any system.. but the majority of people do report by clicking on the player and reporting on player frame, most players still think bots can't reply to whispers while we've had a few plugins that made it possible. this plugin should only be used for GatherBuddy2, and more favorably to farm in an isolated place.
Maybe I'm up too late, but where can I find the report for this. I've got it up and running and I would swear somewhere in this thread I saw where to find the logs, but after skimming through the thread I can't seem to find where to find the report sheet posted in the very first thread. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious. edit: nvm, I"m am up too late. I only had avoid players enabled, not this reporting plugin. Thanks for awesome plugins for the paranoid!!
Hi, i added your plugin and saw I was targeted 4 times yesterday in about 20 minutes. No stuck but maybe bot runs in circels or something like this botty movements. Should i be afraid now? Don`t know what the bot exatly do at this time or on what char/acc he was because i restartet the computer today.
This really should be renamed from playerreportsdetector to playertargeteddetector. There's absolutely nothing that says you've been reported because someone targeted you, especially if you play on an active pvp server. The name is misleading at best, and several posts in this thread show how its misleading. If anything, I can see plugins like this being bad for the community. There's going to be some user that whispers everyone that targets them and tells them off, or tries to find out why they were targeted. That's going to lead to people asking Blizz how a user would know they targeted someone. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
"Please note that this is one of my paranoid plugins so, don't like-don't use." I agree that the title of the plugin is misleading, but the plugins purpose is explained quite clearly on the 2nd sentence, again.. it's a paranoid plugin so we assume it's a report if someone targets you, that's why the title is what it is.
