Ditto--I ran into this also. The documentation for needing 'friendly' to pick up the quest is one weee bitty comment on WoWHead (cited by Rooster, above). cheers, CJ
I'm using this profile to level a DK, and I seem to be getting stuck very often despite all the effort put into listing blackspots. I'm curious if there are any settings within HB or WoW that I can change to reduce my chances of getting stuck?
During the quest " The Sporelings' Plight" in Zangarmarsh, my toon kills the mobs in The Spawning Glen, but he doesn't pick up any Mature Spore Sacs from the ground. The info on Wowhead is a little confusing, but these are NOT dropped by the mobs. I had been botting there for half an hour when I found out my toon hadn't picked up any sacs. Eventually I picked them up manually.
Hi There, Great profile just a couple of issues, Class:both warrior and paladin Level:64 Current Step:The Sporelings' Plight" as mentioned in previous post wanders around but does not to pickup mature spore sacs. Also Natural Armour both bot classes started of well killing the fenclaws but then got stuck running up against the reservoir. Location:Zangarmarsh Comments: excellent work + rep
Another issue with objects you need to pick up from the ground: For the quest Vessels of Power in Terokkar Forest, you need to pick up 8 Draenei Vessels from the ground. This doesn't happen. My toon just keeps killing mobs (who do NOT drop the item) without picking up the vessels. Also had a bit of an issue with the quest Eating Damnation in Nagrand. For some reason my toon regularly wants to run up the northern mountainside between Laughing Skull Ruins and the Throne of the Elements, even when there are no Enraged Crushers there. It's too high so you just get stuck and look like a bot.
hey synik, ive ran into a few "questing" problems, a few in Zangarmarsh, and 1-3 in Hellfire.. im running on 2th day.. 58-66 not bad at all its just annoying that it gets stuck and say "blacklisting mob in 10 minutes" - and the mob u gotta kill gives 15k exp 7/10 stars from me - still testing, and ill post more results when im done. GL leveling lads!
Once again, nothing really I can do to fix this other than rip the quests out and end up remaking 75% of the profile. The problem is, in my opinion, a bug with HB itself and that a restart of both the bot and the wow process often cures such problems and it goes back to looting as it should/
Awesome Profile. I have test it 2 Days (sometimes BG) and have only 2 Stucks and 1 grind (65 to 66) . thx for this Yep my english sucks
Actually, the profile can be made "heirloom-friendly' very easily due to the way Synik wrote it. In V1.7 of the profile, change line 391 from: <QuestOrder> to <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckpoints="true"> If you need an editor that supports colorization and line numbers, we suggest Notepad++. The <QuestOrder> documentation can be found here. We can do this because Synik wrote the profile without using SubProfiles. As a general rule, for Questing profiles, SubProfiles should not be used. There are few exceptions to this, and Mordd usually finds those (e.g., needing blackspots on a 'per level' basis) cheers, CJ
been running this now for about 3 hours following issues found the quest: [Unyielding Souls] it will just stand at one place waiting for a soccerer to spawn need a override the quest: [Ravager Egg Roundup] same as the above quest hope they get fixed fast This been tested whith the latest HB
