Yes, high chance as always. I was at AV today and a guy started to cast what the actions of the bots will be. Like he was saying "every one mounted at GY X (dont recall the name) is a BOT, and now they will all die at the boss" and unfortunately I was one of this bots, the moment I read that i was already dead at drek... And he was report everyone stopped at spot X or Y or doing that cause they are BOTs and all that jazz. Well since its a high chance that I was reported I will probably stop boting for a while dunno what to do =\
Ive been watching the Bgbuddy cause I take care in my accounts and dont want them to get banned so I watch them about 90% of time cause lets face it the bot dose alot of things that are obvious. Ive been in av as a bot and seeing 15 people do the exact same thing as me so in certain times i like to take control and do my own thing. When it comes to fighting ill go back to the bot but most of the time i move the bot into a good postion and then turn it back on. So its really how you do things while u bot, IMO never afk a bot no matter what ur doing even if you minimize the bot and watch it every 10 mins.
I think best for not getting banned at BG is playing with lazy rider or german client combat bot? But you have to walk by your own, so you will not walk the same routes like the bots. Sorry 4 my bad english
Yeah, everyone using honorbuddy all use the same default profile, so they all walk the exact same way. It's very easy to spot actually and quite risky...I used it yesterday for a whole day, but I was not AFK, i talked to people and stuff, sometimes I stop the bot, walk it in another position, then put it back on. I think the bot is easiest the spot when you just got in the BG, and everyone walks to the same spot, doing the exact same actions.
dafuq u guys talking about i have been boting with 2 friends now for about 2-3 days and none off us has been baned
lolz aight well if u gona do that u should max bg bot for 2-3 days then take a break for 1-2 days then start again
do you think it is safe to rush your pvp gear in ~32 hours as you said even tho you get reported, and then stop botting for like 1 month or so? Thanks.
ye ofc + i dont think there is so many ppl reporting u but thats just what i think :3 and btw why take a month break? i started botting again 1 day after i got full pvp gear im doing scenario botting right now to cap valor just got home and have 845/1000 valor
I don't know. As that guy said, it's really way too obvious when you have a bus of 15 bots doing the same shit in AV. Being one of them makes you think differently xD. But I got to say that your argument sounds fine to me. I mean, if you can't get banned within 2-3 days (to rush your gear) and then you make a break, what you risk? Atm i'm still trying to make BGbot working, and if I can't i'll try to edit some .xml so i don't follow other bots, and if I can't maybe i'll just be part of that giant wonderful bus again and then vanish
Horde players I edited AV to "Rush" it will only care about running to 1-5 in this image. this will SKIP BALINDA View attachment 121431 HBInstall/Default Profiles/BGBuddy/ and replace the AlteracValley.xml with one attached. It will play offense and rush! Sick of horde losing this might help View attachment Alterac Valley.xml
That's nice of you sir ! Enjoy it before it becomes over used And btw, maybe you could do something about EotS ? I mean, there's this bus of 2-3-4 players switching from turrets again and again which is very annoying and obvious . Imo, bots are fine, but we just need more random paths. EDIT : Giving feedback about your AV.xml when it proccs.
Start popping in your own blackspots within BG's this will give you a difference from the BOT train. If you see one path the bot always takes and just looks stupid go stand there stop bot and add blackspot through Developer Tools. Then just Default profiles appropriate bg you added blackspot and paste it into the XML with notepad
Such impress, much love <3. EDIT² Problem about the character not moving comes from my side. Clean file. EDIT³ : Ok. Fell in love. I wanna marry it. I want AV.xml babies. Edit about your AV.xml : TLDR : Despite of the character not moving at the beggining (maybe my bad) , your file is working as intended. Well done. Maybe it's my bad, as I was buying gear and cancelled the queue, then queued manually back, but my char didn't move at the beginning of the BG. Tho it's not the first time it happens with Bgbot i'm using atm, so I ain't sure if it's about the .xml Still, I left the respawn myself, mounted, ran a bit, and then the bot started his job. One question : is it normal that my character still went to check balinda? It barely entered the room and then came back to rush, as expected.
The AV file is meant for BGBuddy. BGBot keeps its profiles in another location. The one below should accomplish the same thing but using BGBot View attachment AlteracValley.xml
Sadly nothings happen when I stop the bot and click on "generate backspot" or even "generate hotspot". Using the last HB version.
The blackspot shows up in the HB window where your logging is done example (Stopping bot user clicked stop) you need to click it twice for blackspot to define the area your trying to blackout. copy and paste that to a notepad file for now and edit your AV file later with the added blackspots
