[PAID] [Warlock] Demonic - An Advanced Honorbuddy Warlock Routine [PvE/PvP]

Hello,
Honorbuddy cashes when I select Demonic as my CR. I really don't know what to do.
It worked fine earlier, then this problem happened. I deleted Honorbuddy completly and did a clean new install and now the same issues happens.
Honorbuddy starts correctly, it then asks me to choose a CR, I select Demonic and then it crashes right after it.

I attached a log.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Made a handful of changes and a few notes about using the 4 piece bonus effectively.

 

Any plans on improving the pvp side of the profile ? I bought it for a PvP use and I must say I'm really disappointed... It doesn't perfom well, skips spell casts, etc... Plus there is not a lot of options like TuanHa profiles, for various uses...

 

Could you perhaps make a couple of suggestion on how to make it better? Just an idea...

 

Alright. Few ideas :
- Be able to chose what pet to summon on the fly, with shortcuts for instance.
- Be able to set a "ms left" option on counterspell ; counterspell doesn't work at all atm and it works like the pet is auto casting it ; maybe be able to set some options like heals, cc, big casts...
- Various tips and tricks that I might not be aware off, like porting when a cc is incoming on you, or "click to move" a pet when you're getting scatter-shotted.
- Improved fake casting... I dunno why but sometimes the profiles just casts and cancels casts and cancels the first 150ms... Maybe get few profiles from TuanHa profiles, he got an excellent fake casting engine. Or at least allow us to cancel it.
- Better curses management. Activating the option often breaks the routine, the bot just keeps applying the curses over and over, maybe have an option to apply curses of exhaustion on melees only ; etc.
- Improving the dot detection on target, sometimes it inhales exhales with just a corruption on...
- Improving the "devour magic" spell that can be used in clutch situations, which can be tricky if you play by end but... Not if you play with a properly set bot Like purging a NS effect or something.
- More shortcuts
- Maybe better CC management (CC only below X%HP...)

I dunno. I feel like the routine is okish but doesn't perform well enough in arenas, it feels clunky and not "top" tier at all.

 

Nice new UI, haven't used this CR in months.

 

Advice for the creators of this CR. After the issued I had which is explained in my earlier posts, I noticed that the issue would come back everytime I made modifications to the class settings.
So, to summarize, I selected 3,4 in the destruction tab's minimum burning amber. Everytime I make modifications to any settings in CR and reboot HB, the settings file convert the 3,4 value into 3.4 (Dot instead of coma).
Every attempt to launch HB after that will result in a error message followed by a crash.
I have to manually open the settings file and change 3.4 to 3,4 then everything works again.

Hope it's clear enough and you know how to fix it
This is about the free version btw. I'm awaiting april 3rd to receive the premium version, not sure if the issue is present is both.

 

I think Millz has stated before this is aimed at PVE and that's the priority. In PVE this thing rocks and without it I would not play my lock.

I am not a fan of CC bloat with PVE, PVP, Arena's etc all in one so I do hope this remains PVE.

 

mmm some of those are quite good suggestions. For RBGS both random and rated I find the routine rocks - it plays way better than I ever could manually but dosent mean its perfect. Pets are a bit weak and we need some better targetting options (like flag carrier, lowestHP, healer etc).

Millz is on a well deserved holiday though I think - he isnt around until the 3rd April (says his website).

 

Just did a Garrosh normal kill and beat a 574 lock on DPS, my lock is 565.

hello, guys, i was wondering will this routin aoe grind? because warlocks aoe grind right now is op

 

also REALLY needs a /stopcasting on any hotkeys pressed. such as for fear and for shadowfury. i dont want it to queue it for the next cast, i want it to stop casting and do it THEN, another issue is when i hold the fear hotkey it keeps fearing...why? just set it on buttonpress(down) to start the cast and not cast again until its keyed down again

another is add a hotkey to cast command demon on focus WITH stopcasting.

 

This CR was made with a lot more advanced logic in mind than "aoe grind".

For that you can find free alternatives that does it well.

 

Usually just turn on 'rain of fire all units in range (even out of combat)' in the destruction tab, that's the best way I've found to farm.

 

same here, i cant wait to see how well it does, only hearing positive things about it.... excited to try it out. feel like a kid again waiting for chirstmas here haha

 

@Millz or some1 who has Malkorok HC/Norm (HC pref.) SoO exp.

When he makes the pools, and you take dmg.. you don't get healed, so basically.. Demonic thinks ur dying, and starts spamming Drain Life
Is there any way around that? it's starting to get annoying, every week.. same boss, i have to manually play it after a bit :'( (Y U DO THIS TO MEEEEH!)

 

Did you try disabling drain lofe on that fight.......seems like a simple fix for the problem
