This profile is not working due to major updates of DB and Triniry. For EoTS farm, please go ahead use another profile: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...ain-set-soep-aughild-set-iwd-asheara-set.html List of Contents: What it does Set up Download Change log Planned work 1. What it does: It farms for Essence of the Twin Seas, which is one of the crafting component for Captain Crimsons Set As shown in the video, you will teleport to Stinging Wings, check two spots where the event spawns. However, instead of going to those spots precisely, the bot will stop at a spot which is close enough for it to detect the event trigger. Thus it reduces the chance to engage into combat and greatly speed up farming. 2. Set up: You need the latest Trinity Beta version and Quest Tool (which is already bundled in Trinity). To speed up your farming, you need to do these: Make sure "Trigger range for Elite combat" in Trinity config is set to MINIMUM (i.e. 15). Make sure "Trigger range for Trash Combat" is set to MINIMUM (i.e. 0) Make sure "Trash Pack Cluster Radius" is set to MINIMUM (i.e. 0) Un-check "Extend trash-kill range after combat" Ignore Treasure Goblins Ignore chests, rare chests and shrines So your trinity settings will look like this: and this: Start Act II, Quest 2.2. You will need to finish the first quest, i.e. "Travel through Khasim Outpost's east gate", walk to Stinging Winds until you reach the check point, then you can click start. And, always choose your torment level wisely . 3. Download: The package contains: Normal version: If you are running below T3 and you can dominate the level, I would definitely recommend you use this profile. It will kill elites (and mobs if they stuck you) on its way to destination and kill surrounding mobs before it uses town portal, if no event trigger is found. Death allowance is set to 3 by default. - For me, running T3 with normal version, it costs me 33 seconds on average from using the portal in town to port back in town. Combat disabled version: If you are running T6 and you couldn't kill Elites and mobs quickly, I would recommend you use this one. It will not kill any thing unless it finds the event trigger. If event trigger isn't found, to use town portal, it will run back to the cellar in the Khasim Outpost. It can get stuck by mobs, and it will NOT kill them. The death allowance is set to 1 initially and if an event trigger is found, the allowance is automatically increased to 3. - For me, running T6 with combat disabled version, it costs me 41 seconds on average from using the portal in town to port back in town, died once out of ten runs. Current Version: v1.1 | 11-04-2014 (03:51) View attachment v1.1 [LegCraftFarm] Essence of Twin Seas.zip v1.0 | 10-04-2014 (21:20) View attachment v1.0 [LegCraftFarm] Essence of Twin Seas.zip 4. Change log: v1.1 Fixed pathing issue at the first spot. - It is still tricky to get it working at the second spot. I don't know why. I have tried many coordinates and tag options. The event trigger area is slightly below the land around it and the bot always stuck at the edge. However, if I ask the bot to walk across the area, it works well. I guess the navigation map is broken there. v1.0 Initial Release 5. Planned work: Fix potential bugs and develop this profile further if necessary. Are you sure about that? I did tests on it for the whole afternoon before I publish it.. Sometimes, even if there is a dead bull, it doesn't mean it has the event. It must have a man laying on the ground...
It did miss the event. When the bot tried to tp back, I paused DB and moved it to the event manually and killed it. I was lagging badly all the time. Could it be because of the lag? When bot moved past the event, it did not have enough time to detect the event and then just passed by.
It could be lag, since I never missed any event by walking pass the body and I actually intended to let the bot do that. But since you are having this problem, I will re-route it.
hmm by buddy rusn to place where shoudl be event(and if its not even there) he starts to tp town but after while he attack white mobs what was chasing him... its any way to just tp to town ? i got trinity configurate same liek u on screens idk why he attack white mobs when he trying tp :/ 2nd problem, after he founds and kill event boss he dotn wanna tp to town, he still w8 for boss
1st problem: There is nothing I can do about that. If you want to ignore the mobs during TP, you have to edit trinity's TP logic I'm afraid. 2nd problem, yup, I actually made it like that. The bot will stand there for a few seconds before he TPs. This is just to ensure it kills the boss rather than starting chasing mobs which are far away after triggering the event and completely ignores the boss and tp back. Thinking about the rarity of this event, I believe you don't want to miss the boss and won't mind to take 30 seconds to ensure you won't miss the boss.
Any idea how many games it takes to encounter him? So far its about 1/60 for me. Not sure if RNG or what. Profile is working perfectly though.
I can't remember exactly, but if I'm not wrong, I tested the profile for 4hrs and get 5 items. It is very rare.
Would be a lot better to make a good profile for Sewers of Caldeum and Moontooth Dreadshark, it has about a 20% spawn rate compared to ~5% for Razorclaw.
Agreed. I just left this profile running for 9 straight hours in Torment I. It found _ONE_ Essence of the Twin Seas. This is sad to a ridiculous degree. I just watched 3 runs before AFKing and the profile seemed to be working well, but the method itself is trash. I don't recommend it at all.
very nice profile sadly the event is like 1 in 15 times and droprate is about 50% on t3 but thanks for the profile as same as fast as i would farm with hand
I hate to ask trinity to explore dungeon itself, because it can get stuck at various places. I will see what I can do though.
I used another profile for hours but unfortunately that profile "only" explores dungeon and it thinks there isn't a mob where "Moontooth Dreadshark" spawns because you have to walk UP (always up) to a piece of rubble. Never had any issues with getting stuck or anything else. Except for the fact that the bot doesn't actually make the mob spawn. It's also a really small area and you get parts for 2 other sets there. Runs only take about 2 mins each and you kill 2-3 packs on the way. http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...request-sewer-cadelum-act-ii.html#post1448183 So really, it's quite a good spot in many ways.
I got excited when I saw this thread expecting this profile to follow this run https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_16OaYXa_DE
