Makes not very good dmg in arena, ilvl 511 cant win with that routine. Make more dmg when i play by myself..
Battlegrounds, strange behavior occurs character. My character does not want to dismount immediately, but only after a few seconds, when it took aim.
As well, the "force combat" is a bit slow for arenas/bg's. I target manually and have to start my rotation on my own. Sometimes it will not even dps if the target comes back from around a pillar into LoS. As I just started PvPing with my mage, because raiding is so boring this late into the expansion, I may not have something set up right(although I highly doubt it). With the forums being down here and there, it's kind of hard for Millz to keep track of the issues we are having. He has to catch up with it all.
Excellent feedback, also nice posting a logfile along with the post as it helps a lot. Sarcasm aside, I've seen people report using this CR with good result in 2k+ rated arena, you using the free version or premium edition?
Can u disable defensive alter time on death grip, it's a waste in my eyes. And enable casting into anti magic shell, we can remove it in 1 ice lance if lucky. And do the same thing with Ring of Frost as with freeze, btw pet freeze doesn't seem to work now while in combat.
I will submit log when I get home, has anyone had any lag issue with premium? Where rotation just locks wow up for just a second. TyrealBot
Thanks for any ground position casting (= no unit) for Pet Freeze. Can you please add the same for RoF?
Any ppl complaining about lagging when using this routine, try to open your joblist and go to processes and right click wow, select priority and set it to High priority. This fixed all my lagging issues since your pc will focus on running wow.
I've seen this advice many times now, but has never helped me. There is no difference at all in performance, setting HB and/or WoW to High/Higher or even real time. This probably only works on pc's who are already having a hard time to run WoW smooth without using HB?
There's just no point. 10 TPS = Checking all logic every 100ms. 15 TPS = Checking all logic every 66.6ms. 20 TPS = Checking all logic every 50ms. 30 TPS = Checking all logic every 33.3ms. 10 TPS is fine, it's still faster than a person will react, but I tend to prefer going up to 15/20. Anything over 30 is a waste - you're just killing your FPS for no gain at all. TPS to match FPS thing is a bit of a myth too. TPS higher than your FPS value is pointless, matching the FPS is the maximum TPS you can theoretically achieve, but I run all routines at 15-20 TPS usually. Hum off the top of my head it picks healers -> casters -> ranged melee -> melee. Which version? The free version doesn't support AFK botting with BGBuddy. You need to engage in combat manually. The routine won't engage (start casting) until you're in combat. Best way to do that is by casting the first spell.
I don't think it stops casting for AMS. Will do RoF. Pet Freeze -> using automated or hotkey? Post a log file up and I'll have a look. Yeah will do. This can help. Enabling both anti lag settings on the advanced tab will help too.
I seen your reply to my auto focus question. Part of it was left unanswered though. If I allow it to auto focus, would it be wise to code the routine to choose another focus if I click on my focus. I only ask this because at times my focus target is more important and I want to attack it instead. Doing so keeps the same focus though. Just a thought.
I've noticed this as well. It's like it is waiting for me to attack. Happens frequently when the target goes out of LoS, then comes back into LoS but the routine/bot doesn't do anything until I attack the target again. Even with the force combat feature on, I still have to engage combat before it will start the rotation itself.
Hey Milz, have a 555gs Mage and wonder which specc performs best in PvE (doing mainly Flex and some NHC-runs ) DonĀ“t know wheter to go Arcane or Frost ?
