Rift Bot - Yet Another Rifter!

I got stuck sometimes, what version of DB and Trinity are you using?
I updated to .26.. i think it doesnt work as well as .24

 

I use .24 for rifts. Basically, I use the package that is posted by me in post #2 for rifts. Only updating the profile.

 

I only got stuck on a large map and on death gates. (the portals in A5).

 

I had a feeling since I wasn't using your files, just your settings it was going to be something weird like that. Doh!

what do you mean exactly? i downloaded the stuff, followed the steps and start the bot...

 

i know these questions have been answered many times already but I just wanted to know myself.

1. which profile do you guys use for the best rift experience or rift/bounty experience?

2. I set an inactivity gold timer for 180 seconds but my bot never resets. when it does have a buggy issue it just stands there for runs around for the entire night. I've had this experience for 3 nights in a row.

3. What character do you guys use for botting? Is it better than barb?

Bug: If you have a character that attacks from a distance like the Demon Hunter or Wizard, it will not pickup the loot from the Rift Guardian if it is off screen. My character almost missed two legendary drops if it wasn't for me babysitting the bot!

 

That's a Trinity issue and not profile related. You could try to increase the loot radius, but that could cause problems on small narrow maps.

 

That's great, but I do not understand.
I've downloaded your package and updated the profile as instructed. Using your exact settings it gets stuck so much that the profile seems completely redundant. Considering the backtracking, flipflopping and stucking it's too slow and unreliable to be worth the while.
I know you're working hard to make it work... but it just really doesn't, for me anyway. It used to work just fine. Now that is no longer the case.

 

Alright, thanks! I'll post in the Trinity thread to see if the dev can do something about this problem.
I'll try increasing the loot radius to see if that helps.

 

What version is your Trinity, DB and QT?

 

Well if he is truly using the package from the second post then its the DB release, Trinity .24, and QT .45

 

I'm running this profile with Demonbuddy BETA v1.1.1816.394, Trinity v1.8.26, Quest Tools v1.5.50 and RiftBot v0.0.8.

On my monk and barbarian, the profile work perfectly. 100% afkable. No issues at all.

On my demon hunter, I'm having some problems with the combat. The toon in the middle of combat, stops for a while and after ~5 secs returns to combat. Sometimes the "idle time" is not enough to kill it, but most of times it's a death. Wondering a Triniy excluive problem, i tried other profiles and didn't experienced the same issue.

The issue only happens inside rift. On bounties it's working fine.

Demon hunters players, are you experiencing this weird problem? I tried a fresh install and didn't fix the problem.

 

i cant find the profile to run, i only have "Rift Bot Common with Bounties" "Rift Bot Explore with Bounties" "Rift Bot Full with Bounties", seems like i miss "Rift Bot Common/Explore/Full with Bounties", can you please tell me where to download that profile?

btw, im new to db, need to learn lots of things before i can do the correct setting.

 

I can only speak for ranged wizards. You saying it stops for 5 seconds or 0.5 seconds?

I haven't tested the profile fully with the beta, Trinity .26, and Quest Tools .50. So I'm not sure how well it runs with it. I still use the release version .357, Trinity .24 and Quest Tools .45 and It's running smoothly.

Remember, It's custom made to run this profile only. I can not help you with other profiles.

 

Is Demonbuddy spammed with with alot of red errors when it happens. "execution of the block" errors while the game freezes? Or is the bot just standing there doing nothing?
