Ah, I found the problem... The CR use 2 rotation, PvE and PvP. On Dummy/Raid/Dungeon/Scenario, it using the PvE rotation Everywhere else, it use the PvP rotation. You are in Timeless Island and it use the PvP rotation (we don't need to kill anything fast our there) Try test on dummy/raid/dungeon/scenario... it will activate PvE rotation and you will see the difference.
tuanha any change for the following options regarding blood spec? 1 - Option to use blood boil or not, checked it will use blood boil, not checked it will not use blood boil. Or even a hotkey to turn blood boil off. 2 - Stop dpsing even auto attack when you have the immersus HC buff on 3 stacks. That would be really nice.
What can I do to run the PvE rotation on timeless? You fixing this? Thanks for all your effort, Tuanha.
In Open World, I use PvP rotation because I think it's not a dps race and better balance the dps/survival... How ever when in raid/dungeon where dps is really master, it will use PvE rotation.
So guys, how is this CR doing in arenas at the moment? I'm thinking about buying it, but I'd love to hear some feedback from this season before I do!
got the same question as thehep, can someone report on which current rating you are with this routine?
For its been like this since I've had it last season With the bot last season: 2200+ 3's 2200+ 5's 2000+ RBG This season: 2200+ 3's 2100+ 5's 1990+ RBG Important to remember though that the bot won't carry you to high ratings simply through its rotation, you need to be able to do certain things manually and have some good knowledge of the game for it work the best it can.
Thank you for your answer! You said "you need to be able to do certain things manually", such as? Can you tell me which things i have to do manually? Greets
I don't let the bot use: Asphyxiate Chains of Ice Death Grip Burst Macro (Gargoyle, Unholy Frenzy, On-Use trinket) Lichborne Anti-Magic Shell I disable auto target, auto face, auto presence. I have my reasons for that, might explain later.
Hey, thanks for the reply! What comp are you playing in 2s and 3s? Also what necro stack are you using?
Is it possible to turn off the posting into the chat box, ie when pausing the rotation or for burst mode?
2's is worthless. There is no point to playing it, I hit 2200 in 2's and purposefully tanked down to -1500 rating just cos i wanted easy caps. Its the shittest bracket in WoW, period. 3's comps that I've played to 2000+, include: * PHD (Priest/Paladin, Hunter, DK) You can also swap the healer out for a Resto Shaman or Mistweaver. * Shadowcleave (Warlock, DK, Shaman) You can swap Shaman out for Mistweaver. * TSG (Warrior/DK/Paladin) - You can swap Paladin out for Mistweaver or Druid. * (Ele/DK/Mistweaver) - You can swap Mistweaver for Druid. And to be honest they can swap a DK for a Warrior but w/e. Honorable mention is Smokebomb Cleave - (Rogue/DK/Priest), I only hit 1900'ish with this comp though. Like I said before though playing any of these comps is worthless unless you know what tactics you're meant to be running. For example I've played many of these comps with players who thought pressing their burst macro's at the same time would gain them rating. It doesn't work like that, on the other hand I've played Ebola Cleave (Feral/Dk/Healer) to around 1900 even though its a pretty shit comp in general purely because myself and the feral had some good co-ordination and tactics. I use necro stack at 1. I think anyone who isn't using it at 1 is just gimping themselves. Necro's are different to damaging attacks in the sense that they are applied as a debuff so even if you don't chain one straight after another its okay. The only situation when saving necro's is worth it is if you're planning to switch targets. For example.if your on a Mage and you plan to switch to the Druid healer with Deathgrip and Asphyxiate then its smart to convert 4 runes into death runes on the mage, wait for them to recharge and then swap to the druid. By the time the druid has escaped Asphyxiate you will have already planted 4-6 necrotic strikes on him and he will be in a really, really bad situation. Repeat this step 1-2 more times and most healers are just dead. UNFORTUNATELY that kind of tactic is outside the capabilities of this routine and isn't something that can be achieved through any manipulation of its settings atm, so for now the best setting is 1 Necrotic.
You just setup a config hotkey for that particular setting. Have one set for just 1. Save it and name is something unique. Hotkey it Repeat this step for a 4 rune ns or whatever..hotkey it Most of the time you are leaving it at 1, but for planned burst it is best to line up your deathrunes..not necessarily 4 all the time however..but overall self rune management is important.. Also and aoe on/off config is good with it is for 1 dr on ns for rbgs and when zoo is out and you dont really want to lose st dps.
Alright, thanks man! I know this won't get you to high ratings by itself, I was just curious if it's worth paying for. I'm 2600 on my mage and ~2300 on DK without using anything. It's just really energy consuming to do perfect damage rotation with a DK while paying attention to everything else in arenas so I just thought if it does that for me then it's fair enough. I asked about 2s because DK is just my alt and I don't really have people to play 3s with it, nor do I intend. I'm just playing 2s for fun with my friends' alts. DKs aren't that strong in 3s right know anyway, but decent in 2s. Obviously that bracket is a joke but it's nice to just play for a while with nothing to lose. Also I think there's a lot of situations where a higher necro stack is good other than switching targets. For example if you know you can put the healer in a cc for a decent amount of time, like into asphyxiate and then your teammate follows up with a fear/cyclone or anything it's really hard to recover from the ~250k necros you put on his teammates. But of course if you don't rely on longer cc chains and just training stuff down in a silencing shot then 1 stack does the job pretty well. Thanks again and take care!
On my death knight my favorite thing to do is just choo choo after healers. Can usually get majority of their cooldowns with cd's popped into a asphyx and spam necro's... specially if you have another mongo dps chunking them as well. I feel like TSG and Ebola are very dangerous if both dps understand how to mongo, but peel for their healer as well.
Sorry, I don't quite understand what you said here. But I'm very interested, how do I go about creating a config hotkey?
Just wanted to thank TuanHA for fixing Frost DPS. It is working like a charm now. Finally a good Frost rotation. I'm so glad I have TuanHAs CR bundle. It is pure quality. Just hoping to god he will continue this into WoD too, also hoping Honorbuddy doesn't get financially destroyed before then.
Under "General Settings" in every TuanHA CR you should see "Hotkey Setting Changer Config", click on it and in the window that pops up you can bind a specific file with your saved settings to a Hotkey (i.e. Alt+Q). In order to do that you should click on "Load" and then pick the settings for that Hotkey. Of course you need two file settings for that, one with Necrotic Strike on 1 death rune and the other with Necrotic Strike on 4 death runes (using 4 as an example). When you do that you can switch settings on the fly during combat by pressing the desired Hotkeys, so you can swap from 1 to 4 death runes instantly, and switch back when needed. If you have the "Print Notification to WoW Chat Log" enabled the routine will tell you in wow chat which file you're loading.
