Can't get winterbuddy to work at all please help!!!

Hey guys, New to winterbuddy but have used honorbuddy pretty extensively, downloaded winterbuddy yesterday and am trying to run citsu's lvling profile but every time I try to start the bot it just crashes and tells me "Value cannot be null. Parameter name:source" I have no idea what this means and any help would be extremely appreciated as I would like to purchase the full version of this bot if all goes well

I am definitely running them both as admin and still getting the same error :l

 

I have reinstalled winterbuddy and both citsu's profiles and plugins, but i am still getting the same issue where it says value cannot be null. hopefully i can get an extension on my key and get this issue resolved asap so i can start testing this bot out a little :l

 

Yep tried another profile, tried everything with and without plugins, still got nothing :l

 

Need the key to be extended before i can get any new logs :l
