[Professionbuddy] Fishing 1-600 Halfhill

Macatho's fix works to get you past 575. just makes sure your secondary bot is autoangler with poolfishing turned off, or it wont loot the fish.

 

Has anyone gotten banned doing this? I used one without knowing it took me to fricken dalaran and i got a 72 hour ban for just sitting there doing perfect fishing for 3 hours infront of everyone, and i dont want to get another perma ban.

 

I'd like to know about this as well. Maybe prolong hours of fishing flags for ban? maybe about 2 hours is enough?

 

0. Make sure you're in Halfhill, beside Ben of the Booming Voice
0.1 Disable all plugins
0.2 Disable all addons
0.3 Delete all other Routines (beside Singular)
1. select ProfessionBuddy as bot base
2. click Bot Config
3. Select AutoAngler at Top Right of the Bot Config Window
3. Click Setting beside drop down list (which you ahve AutoAngler selected)
4. In AutoAngler setting window, set PoolFishing to False
5. Close AutoAngler setting and PB Bog Config window
6. Make sure this profile is loaded
7. Click Start

 

Any clue why it keeps changing the secondary bot to combatbot from autoangler2?


Edit: Fixed it, just had to change the console from changing it to combatbot...

 

My guy would cast his hook but never "reel in" the fish. I got no levels in 45 minutes before I realized it wasn't actually doing anything. He only casts out, never clicks to catch. How to fix.?

Nevermind i'm just an idiot, I needed to open bot config and change to AutoAngler, was using combat bot.

What do you mean change with console? Can you explain the process please? Because its happening the same to me and i cant find any way to fix it.... keeps changing to combat bot and its not fishing.....

EDIT: I fixed it myself. You have to go in the Profile (where all the coding stuff is while the PB window is opened and click on If (SecondaryBotName = Combat Bot) and where it says Change bot: Combat Bot, Replace it with AutoAngler. Cheers

 

Well.. This suckt.. installed the needed addons and shit, and now the bott wont start... Clicking to logg in on the bott and it just shuts down

 

Got it fixed. how ever got the problem that he dont catch the fish when it bites.. any ideas?

 

Well I figured this one out as well ^^ with this text here from the autoangler forum

Q: I've got AutoAngler installed, and hit start, and nothing happens.
A: You have failed to load a profile. Profiles are responsible for moving you from fishing area to fishing area, or pool to pool. Without a profile, AutoAngler doesn't know where you would like to fish.
If your intent was to fish from where you are standing, you need to:
Load the blank profile (.../Honorbuddy/Bots/AutoAngler2/Profiles/AutoAngler2_BlankProfile.xml)
Go to AutoAngler settings and turn off "Pool Fishing"
Honorbuddy
→ Settings & Tools
→ Bot Config
→ Set the "Pool fishing" value to "False"

Myn doesn´t grab the hook after it derpz in water. Plz halp

 

Check - Install ProfessionBuddy in your Bots folder of HB.
Check - Install AutoAngler in your Plugin folder of HB.
Check - Download the .xml file and put in in Bots/ProfessionBuddy/Profiles folder.
Check - Start HB and choose ProfessionBuddy as your BotBase. ( like you choose LazyRaider, Questing, Grind Bot .....) Don't choose AutoAngler !!!!
Not in the list of Profiles. - Click on Bot Config and load the downloaded file. (it should be in the list with Profiles, if not, then you did something wrong, read again then)

* Also, I can't select AutoAngler in the PB Window Profile. I have it installed in the Plugins folder as mentioned in the OP, but nothing shows up there.

 

Same here, Plugin doesn´t show up.

 

My mistake, you must install autoangler in your Bot folder. Changed the OP.

 

This worked perfectly for me and fixed the issue. I also changed it to autoangler as base bot instead of professionbuddy.
