Hi. I have never played the FF14 game, but i am thinking about starting. Beforehand though, could anyone tell me how much gil/h its possible to get by using some different profiles? Im thinking profiles like mining, fishing, grinding and what ever other profiles there is out there ^^
We can't answer the questions you gave us because it varies depending on server. We can't tell you what profile to use or what to mine, you need to look at the market board and see what has been selling and for what price. Taking intuitive is a great start to success.
i see, so FF14s economy is so unstable to the point that a normal grindable item can go from being affordable by killing one mob, and at times have the same value was all the item drops in a raid. because in games like Wow, in almost all expansion, after a few weeks into the expansion, almost all grindable items is at a fixed price. It varies ofcause, it can go up, normaly with 1g, but can also go down with 1g, but rarely more or less then that, which makes it possible to get a general idea of what the item is worth. Its true that it differs from server to server, but its possible to say "i only know about *server* but here its possible to get X gold an hour with *profil*". Or being even more lose "i make X gold an hour on *server*" end of the sentence.
Is what I am reading right about end game mining? That the gold valuable ore/items are only available in certain places during certain times?
unfair comparison, you can't really compare the wow market with the market in final fantasy, it's quite hard to control the prices in final fantasy 14 because there's a limit on how much you can sell etc. The system in ff is more like real life where the value is depending on the need of stuff and the need goes up and down depending on other stuff. But to answer your question. I've been playing on 3 servers so far and it's always (when it comes to bot mining) best to farm either black alumen och electrum ore. In my experience they are around 80-150gil each, which is around 8-15k ea stack. I haven't really checked it but i guess you get around 6-8 stacks/h. It's not really worth it imo if you can't earn more then 100k/h with one account. You will break the market quite fast if you use more then one account so the amount you farm doesn't really matter like in wow. You can get a lot of gil from endgame mining but there aren't any profiles for that yet, no public profiles anyways~ If you want to make real money by botting on any server you will need atleast 4 accounts and then go dungeon farming.
its people like this that draw SO much negative attention to botting in general and gets that darn hammer flying around. Of course to realize and rectify that you would have to have common sense, compassion, consideration, and a slew of other traits that any self respecting American should have, yet this generation... phew /shakes head
