      a good start would be to activate my service....i have no idea if i even need support.

      You have to make sure your login details are correct. It throws that error if you type in the wrong password. The HB shop is case sensitive, so HB might be too. If your service wasn't activated, it would throw something like Session Limit Reached. Or it could be that the auth server is temporarily down.

      Also, don't spam the Glider forums. That's a dick move.

      seriously? and i apologize for the ad hominem attack in advance but you should not use a self portrait for your avatar....it's tacky. Second, how can you be an ex-felon? if you commit a felony and were convicted, you are a felon. Unless, of course, you get pardoned.... were you pardoned?

      Wow easy now. I can understand you are frustuated but slow down a bit. It's not like this is a scam and we are actually trying to help you. Do your self a favor and throw Bossland a PM about it.

      Hey man, I was in the chat yesterday. You Do realize that you did buy the bot kinda late, and its still the beginning of the day today? You know.. Bossland is a human, he needs to sleep aswell :p

      From my experience in this community it wont take more than a day total, if you have paid and everything is correct Bossland will enable your account ASAP
