      Hi.

      I tried to login to HB for the first time since 4.0.1.
      Before the patch I didnt have any problems to log in, but now I am constantly getting the error message:

      Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again!
      Authentication failed.

      I didnt change my entire system, its still the same as last time I used HB, i.e. I still have the same router/firewall settings and I dont have any new software installed on my system.
      After reading the How To: Resolving the "Authentication Failed" Message thread, I tried to login via my web browser and got "AUTH BAD" as a response.

      Im not sure if this information might help, but as I tried to login to the forums today I had to get a new password via the "request password" page.
      Seems like I forgot about my old password as it didnt work.

      Any suggestions?

      I just managed to find my old password.
      This one worked on the web interface. I think it was an error on my part as I thought the password to HB would change accordingly to the password used for this forums.
      I thought they are shared database tables.

      As european servers aren up yet, I will have to wait to check if I can login to HB, but if I cannot login I will be able to figure our the issue by myself.

      it says - AUTH BAD
      but im sure that i've entered the correct acc & pw ! 100% sure and nothing changed on the hard/software :( since the last HB use...

      Hello. Bought 30 days for gatherbuddy, payed via your shop using my credit card. Got invoice in my mail saying that payment is ok. I'm getting NOT PAID msg when I start GB. Invoice no 33813.
