Just right click on the link Millz gave, choose 'Copy link location', then paste it in the browser window and change the 732 to 734. That's how I got mine, but I didn't save the link.

 

I did the same , did flex , N in some bosses left. and it's still bad bad bad.
i never was sad as i am tonight. everyday we are getting update , testing, getting files. again new update and so on.
Destro isnt working good , affliction isn't working good. in 1 day reset will come. most of us wont be able to raid.
i really wont say anything. but this is 2 much. am just sad and disappointed.

 

I'm trying with the build 734 and its still the same. Poor performance.

A thing to note is that in this build 734 and 739, it doesn't ever life tap when its oom. It just stands there hopelessly.

/sigh, just gotta wait for Millz to sort this out. Really not sure whats caused this catastrophe.

 

Post a log

Facing target - what's it trying to cast when it's spamming this (i.e. the log file will print out that it's trying to cast something even if it hasn't actually cast - so if you look in the HB window when it spams it can't cast, you'll see what it's bugging out on).

For the other stuff, I've searched through the log - but it's difficult to really see what's going on. I'll do some BGs later and get it sorted.

Found the life tap bug, will push the fix later.

Post a log and details about what isn't working.


As far as destruction is concerned:
- The last change I made to Immolate was to prevent attempting to multi-dot when moving, on the 25th May. Nothing has changed in regards to that since. Looking at Honorbuddy's updates since then:

.735 = 22/May
- Immolate change made to multi dotting = 25/May (which didn't result in any bad feedback at the time)
.736 = 27/May
.737 = 29/May
.739 = 6/June
.740 = 6/June
First reports of Immolate issues = 7/June

Whilst I appreciate some of you are having issues, this doesn't appear to be caused by Demonic - that being said, it's like a needle in a hay stack trying to track down what could be causing this within Honorbuddy's core.

As you're all aware, Destruction's logic is superior to Affliction, therefore I'm going to push an update with lots of debugging in to find out what's causing Immolate to cast. If I can find the issue behind this, hopefully it'll be the same issue that's breaking affliction.

 

So there isn't any combo of demonic and hb revision that works normal in destro?

 

The current Demonic with an older version of Honorbuddy is more likely to work. Something like .735 / .736

Affliction: used Fel Flame with Kil'jaeden

 

KJC only allows MG to be cast when moving, not drain soul (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=137587/kiljaedens-cunning). Once the target is below 20%, if you're moving, it'll use Fel Flame.

 

Oh I see but wouldn't it be more worth to use MG instead while moving? Also I can confirm that reloading/speccing another taltent has a pretty high chance to break the routine same goes for the pause on non movement keys sometimes it's working without any problems but then again there are situations where it stopps the routine completely sometimes you can activate/deactivate the routine by turning on/off the non movement key option.

 

I have no idea about security, so I'll ask.. how safe is it to use older versions of HB? I guess I could just check the changelogs but.. well.

 

Good call on the MG when can't DS and have KJC. Will change it.

When re-talenting, if you open and save the GUI, it'll re-build all talents / glyphs. Good if the talent system has failed to catch that a talent change has been made.

Should be fine. Generally better off using the latest version, but we've all used the older versions on the current patch without issue.

 

i sent u all files before, and after i used the old HB ver .739. i see the issues are the same, loads of immolate, when trinket proc and ihave 4 embers, still it cast immolate, incenrate, but not CB. the destro was perfect. and we wanted a help on affliction. we got a raid tomorrow and nothing to play with. tbh i don't know how your not having the same issues. it doesn't require something strange to test it. flex/lfr is really easy to notice it.and for affliction just get any affli lock infront of a dummy with u.
i start to feel am playing something else than wow. cause u keep telling me there isn't issues. so please if anyone using this combat routine in a good lvl and not having any problem. tell me what are you doing. help us so we can get this working.

 

Try version .734

 

I can tell you that the older builds do not help for affliction at all. The performance is slightly better. Slightly.

Sad to hear you say this would work, but I have faith you'll fix it. Until then I'll just steer clear of your routine and go back to TuanHa's.

 

Millz, how do I stop the routine using Haunt so much in PvP? It's so shit.

 

i tried this one , and tried affliction with other guy. this time it was little better, i still lose dps but not as before. but there is another problem , i keep crashing from HB in the middle of the fight , then i have to wait 30 sec each time , and it takes like 2min to get it up again. and try and crash on middle. any advice ?

 

Why does the routine not use Seed of Corruption in PvP properly? On dummies it works fine but in BG's even if the setting is at one it doesnt cast seed.

You do not need a log file for that, nor is it hard to replicate. I'd like an answer.

Why does the routine SB:SS 3 dots onto a PvP target, then simply choose another target to SB:SS instead of actually swapping the dots from one target to another?

Again, you do not need a log file for this, nor is it hard to replicate.

Let me know what you come up with, going to test your routine on every single build from 734 and up. If there is no difference on any of them, its your routine that's messed up.
