Using 2 characters (RAF or not) in dungeons. Traditionally, my first thoughts were to use InstanceBot on the main, PartyBot on the slave. This proved unworthy, as partybot does not leave the dungeon/party after dungeons. I was unable to find a method to get it to do the task. My next idea was, why not just run InstanceBot on both chars? The problem initially was, how to invite my slave? I looked around and found an auto-inviter. Problem Solved. So how did running InstanceBot on both char work out? Tested on a run in Black Rock Upper City (dwarves place). Went very smoothly the whole run, minor hickups in the room where you must collect torches and light braziers (this was due to the tank not moving quickly, and they respawned ontop of us, and the bots would sometimes accidentally aggro a group, but nothing our heirloom twink tank couldnt handle.). Ran the entire dungeon without doing anything, just watched incase of suspicion or problems. Not one problem. Both chars just followed the tank and performed wonderfuly. At the end of the run, both bots left the dungeon, party'd up, and started again. The only real problem I face is my CPU/Processor not being able to handle the heavy load with the 2 bots running and 2 instances of wow running, the bots are major cpu hoggers, and my cpu is a single core old-ass cpu, not a problem as i'll be getting the AMD Phenom II x6 1100T Black Edition, nVidia GeForce 560 GTX 1GB, 8GB RAM (1600mhz), for christmas (generous donations from multiple family members and my own contributions. I posted this information for anyone who was interested in how to successfully have your RAF'd characters do dungeons together without problems. On a side note, it would be wise to get a form of notification, either phone message or loud sound to inform you of keywords that are said, sometimes the bots act fairly, botty, not human, however, the group's i've been in (both my chars have same name, same look, same gears) just asked if i was Multiboxing, I replied Yes, and they said kewl, and not another word was said for the remainder of the dungeon.
There was a post made by neodite on this forum about an autoinviting plugin and RaF. As for running 2 bots on your computer, I'm sure you have the video settings set to low, but have you gone to the advanced options and limited the fps? I set mine to around 20 to allow the bot to run smoothly and lower cpu usage. I have an AMD 955 x4 BE but I have it set to 40% and I am able to run 3 bots perfectly fine with this.
