no worries I'm just sorry I can't test stuff on my PQI profile bcs then I would easily know more and be able to suggest more. Too bad PQI is r.i.p. :(

I attached a log above from dummies :D

Also one ida that Sparky also mentioned , and that is on targets that have good Ag and Corr duration and UA expiring to just reapply UA and not Soulswap. Though that would need some testing :D

On protectors it does not SS the targets "Embodied Desperation" and the "Embodied Despair".

On General the pet runs from general to the adds this will lose alot of dps unless imp is used.

On Paragons it only does singletarget.

Correct me if im wrong, but I just ran a SoO normal, and it did not do any of the things above

yeah I noticed on protectors that it doesn't ss a couple of mobs.
I'm using imp all the time, it's easyer and better. On paragons it's supposed to do single target since you don't benefit from aoe.

AoE for higer dps anyways, it does not lose anything from applying dots on everything :)
I'm doing HC and when we do paragons by hand we always dot everything. Thats what affliction is about.

There is no benefit in multidot on Paragons since when you kill one they all heal, except for your epeen and imbaness on WoL.

I'm new to warlock and I'd like to use the free version to pvp. Can anyone help me set up this?

Looking forward to buy this since I'm burned out of pve and want to have some fun pvping.

      Thanks.

Yeah, so what is the point in not multidotting?
Also it does not dot the healing blobs also?

Im just asking Millz if we can add a tickbox for dotting everything in paragons

Both this and Portal seem to be pretty awful for me. I tried this on my lock and the dps is quite meh. Free version, yeah.

Gear and correct profile setup mean everything, man. Demonic is great for destruction when you optimize everything correctly at any gear level; there's two guides one written by me that you can read.

Hi is there a significant difference in the DPS out from the free version to the special edition? I'm probs not set up right but not doing great with the free version atm.. Also Kink could you link to the guides you mentioned. I'd like to read thru them to help me set routine up to be the best it can with gear level (currently 528)

Meh, i can't get it to work again..
Demonic is not installed correctly, ensure files look like:
      <hb/routines/demonic/demonic.ddl
      etc etc etc.

but i did a SVN checkout in my routines folder/Demonic.

check out into the routines folder itself, you shouldnt make a folder in there and then checkout... if thats what your doing.

You must have done something wrong.

      Please check your folder again.

      HB/Routines/Demonic

What does your Demonic folder contain?
If you only did a SVN checkout(without really checking the folder), it might have created more folders or wrong folders..

Make sure the folder is named the same as what the honorbuddy error message wants it to be.

Hmm looked through the log and it seems like a pretty clean run. Soulburn: Soul Swaps used at good times - not too frequent - keeps the DoTs rolling, settings look fine etc.

      It does this already :p

The higher the 'force refresh' time, the more successful this is, however it also means you're refreshing high powered dots with less powered ones sooner, so it's a bit of a balancing act.

      An inhale unit's requirements are:
      - Minimum 3 seconds on Agony
      - Minimum 2 seconds on UA
      - Minimum 3 seconds on Corruption

If there's no unit available with a minimum of all these durations, then it'll re-apply SB:SS.

The multi-dotting checks that units are targeting someone in our group/party/raid before casting on them. This prevents pulling units by accident. I'll set the 2 Embodied units to ignore this targeting check which should improve the multi-dotting effectiveness. I presume the same thing is happening on Paragons - will need the NPC Id's from either log files or wowhead to add this in.

Imp is the best pet on protectors.

You're best off asking specific questions as opposed to a generalised 'how do i set this up'. Most of the settings are down to personal preference. Personally I don't like the routines to cast everything automatically. I also like to blow cooldowns (both offensive and defensive) early on.
