Affliction does not work on spoils anymore. it performs singletarget rotation. [Needs multidotting]
On shamans its doing singletarget rotations in affliction dont know why tho. [Needs multidotting]

Can you make a box for this option? - [Affliction] Will no longer use Malefic Grasp between inhale -> exhale (this is what #1 parse locks are doing).

I really wanna use it again, it seems that i lost end dmg just in general whitout this. [Needs checkbox for this option]

 

Destro seems to be slow at casting spells there is like a 0.4 second break between each incinerate, affliction seems okay but I thought i'd be doing more damage, and I do more in destro(playing myself) on fights like protectors.

It doesn't seem to always refresh 150+ stronger corruption + unstable affliction is that normal?

Can anybody give me some good affliction settings?

 

Post a log file please - you definitely got AoE enabled ?

The MG between inhale -> exhale was removed as that's how all of the top parses handle it. None of them use MG.

Not an easy thing to add a toggle for, had to change a big chunk of the rotation to make it do that.

I'm fine I figured it out, it usually refreshes one and inhale exhales to the others, on single target its faultless.

 

When it needs to refresh DoTs, it'll do so on the unit with the current 'best' DoTs (i.e. the one with the highest duration remaining on them + checking stats). That way it get's more bonus from Pandemic.

 

I do not really have a log for it :/ Cant find it as im searching for it.

Its more like when on shamans it does not Inhale Exhale on the second boss so it only keeps up single rotation in Shamans but as soon as blobs appear it starts spreading to blobs and that one shaman im targeting at that moment, i dont really know why. i have been trying to look into my settings but its the same settings as i always use.

Also on spoils its not doing the inhale exhale on all the targets only the ones that have a target (bosses) Like the incased ambers etc does not get targeted at any point.

Do you know why it's pausing between cast in destro?

 

I'll need a log file to see why it's not soul swapping onto all units. Only thing I can think of at the moment is range checks (thinking the boss is out of range when he's not due to the hitbox size). Will push a change for this to see if it helps.

Will look at trying to add a toggle setting for MG in between inhale/exhale.

I uploaded an LFR shaman fight i just did 17:53, and its the same results, its only doing inhale/exhale when when blobs spawn, when only two bosses are left it does singletarget rotation. my settings Gyazo - 82e2d5d9025430b07f3d112baa68de09.png

 

Fixxed everything, good profile. Just gotta get some higher gear to test affi properly

475k dps on protectors as affli, it didn't seem to multidot properly nor re-apply the dots...

any update @Millz?

Was affliction pvp fixed? I tested it on dummies, going to test on bg before arena but full grievous w/ prideful gloves and here is the log - it seems to be inhaling and multidotting even though i have stayed on one target (Others in range) and it seemed to be flawless.

I will be testing it some more tomorrow/this weekend. I did terrible using the routine as destro, then again it's 2v2 and constantly getting trained. Just manually controlling aoe on/off and the inhales seem to be working well but of course if need be I can manually cast SS. I will have to test the focus & target fears, I had mortal coil bound to the same key and think that was causing a conflict of it not operating. GUI reports the command so I shall see.

If anyone has specifics or Millz if you need a tester just let me know.

It seems to work for the most part. I suspect it's picking the units up as going out of range (as for multi-dotting currently, it doesn't take into account the units hit box - this will change in the next build).

That value is the 'High AoE' setting - i.e. to use MF and SoC. In PvP you want this value low (3/4), in PvE you want this value high (8-10).

Post logs if you're having issues.

I pushed a fix to stop the MG casting and cancelling repeatedly, which has resolved the inhale/exhale stuff too.

2v2 is pretty difficult for warlocks. 3v3 and 5v5 is where it's at (as affliction spec!).

 

I agree. Just doing 2s with friends and fighting the struggle to get the gear.

 

Hey Millz,

After trying some arenas as affliction again (2v2), I'm having most of the same problems I had before. The bot doesn't dot the unit that isn't my target, even if they're clearly in my LoS, and if I do switch to that target, maybe about half the time it simply MGs them even if they don't have any dots on them.

When attempting to start honorbuddy with this CR it continues to say "Failed Authentication: Reason: Please update from SVN. This version of Demonic has been deprecated."

And I am already running the latest revision.

Did you change something in the AoE behavior as destro? sometimes doesn't AoE when there are like 4-7 targets. After running closer to the adds ist starts again with aoe

I feel too, Especially the ooze of boss 7, AOE maybe delay?
