      After starting both World of Warcraft and Honorbuddy through the launcher I log in to WoW. After logging into my character I attempt to log in to Honorbuddy. The regular window pops up and says, "Logging in" and then both Honorbuddy and WoW close immediately.

      wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
      to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

      after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy.exe

      I am now running WoW in 32bit mode and the same error is still occurring. After getting in game I run Honorbuddy.exe and the login screen for honorbuddy comes up. Yet again, the bot begins to log in and then immediately closes my WoW and Honorbuddy.

      No. The regular window that is up when you're running the bot pops up for a brief second then both Honorbuddy and WoW close.

      Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
      Look for:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      and Uninstall them if they are installed.
      Restart your PC.

      Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center


      run both as administrator.
      after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      Then do one last restart.

      I also have this issue,


      I also have this issue, only on one particular character, and It only started today, I did manage to find a log, but I can't decipher what it means, Log is attached, Hope it helps solve our issue and is common,

      After uninstalling microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable (it was the only one I had on the list) I installed and ran BuddyDependency. It did it's thing and I then installed and ran the .NET Framework. It said, "The .NET Framework 4.5 and this update are already installed on your computer." So I don't know if I did this incorrectly, but HonorBuddy still isn't working. Both HonorBuddy and WoW are still closing when I attempt to log in to HonorBuddy.

      check if you have any of the programs listed here Help Desk - Page 3 installed

      I uninstalled every program listed and disabled every addon listed. Everything is still closing.

      any wow addons enabled?

      ExtraCD, DBM, Skada, and ElvUI. I tried disabling everything before starting HonorBuddy and the error still occurred.

      So I just uninstalled HonorBuddy and reinstalled it for the 4th time and that corrected it, at least for the time being. I appreciate your help in resolving the issue!
