      Hi, Segafeakone,

The Vortex Pinnacle (heroic) is not in our list of supported dungeons. Please have a look at Working DungeonBuddy dungeons.

      cheers,

      Hi, EXploit11, and Tigerlady3012,

This is bug report HB-967 ("Siege of Orgrimmar, Gates of Retribution (wing2): Running too close and explicitly pulling Iron Juggernaut"), and has yet to be addressed. No ETA.

      Tigerlady3012,
Thanks for the log! I've attached it to HB-967, and this should push the issue a little higher in the list.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, SHJordan,

You may find something you like better, but we only test with Singular internally. But, we cannot say how well the affliction-specced warlock has been tested.

      cheers,

Hi, MrSunday1986, and many thanks for the log.

We've never seen this problem before despite running this dungeon many times (and dieing occasionally). Nevertheless, we've opened bug report HB-1013 ("Gate of the Setting Sun: Stuck trying to return to get corpse in dungeon") for the issue.

cheers & sorry for the inconvenience,
      chinajade

      Hi, Namednoob,

HB-963 ("Old Hillsbrad Foothills: Getting killed by mobs while heading to jailed Thrall") is still open at the moment. No ETA.

      Hi, Mrsunday1986,

This log shows Honorbuddy core trying to retrieve your corpse, not Dungeonbuddy. Honorbuddy has yet to start Dungeonbuddy in this log, until the corpse recovery is complete.

We believe the scenario plays out like this:
      • You died in the instance, and stopped Honorbuddy/Dungeonbuddy.
      • You restarted Honorbuddy, and Honorbuddy is trying to reclaim the corpse before starting the Dungeonbuddy bot.
      • Honorbuddy is unable to do inter-zone traveling without assistance.
This assistance usually comes from the profile (when Questing), or Dungeonbuddy when dungeon diving. But, since Dungeonbuddy is not running yet, there is no help coming.
      • Because Honorbuddy can't figure out how to get to the corpse, you get these error messages.
There may have been a problem with Dungeonbuddy not retrieving the corpse properly. But, that is not shown in this log. Since Honorbuddy was stopped/started, you are expected to help Honorbuddy do the corpse retrieval, since Honorbuddy cannot do inter-zone traveling unassisted.

If the problem happens again, please show us the log *before* you stop Honorbudd.

cheers & sorry we couldn't catch this one,
      chinajade

      Hi, Hackersrage,

Without a log, we'll have to assume you've got Dungonbuddy's "Loot Mode" set to "Bosses Only". If this is not the case, please attach the full log.

      cheers,

      Hi, Bobjoe123,

As ShortRound points out, this is not Dungeonbuddy making these type of looting decisions, but the AutoEquip built into Honorbuddy itself. Classes like Leather wearers get a bonus for not wearing cloth gear (and similar for mail and plate wearers). I do not believe AutoEquip will allow this bonus to be broken of its own accord.

If AutoEquip does allow for this, it is going to allow a genuine clothie to have first cr4ck at Needing the gear. If the clothie Needs it, AutoEquip will roll Greed instead. If nobody Needs it after a reasonable period of time, and its still an upgrade for the leather wearer, AutoEquip may roll need on it (not sure).

In any case, these type of rolls are not part of Dungeonbuddy.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Exolaris,

We're unable to take any action without a full log attached. The next time it happens, please attach your full log of the incident.

Hi, Junk, and thank you for all these details (and log)!

The first suspicion was that Dungeonbuddy movement and Singular movement were conflicting with each other. Although you clearly stated this was not the case, I had to see for miself. :D

Your description was confirmed, and we created bug report HB-1014 ("Blackrock Caverns: Tank mishandles Karsh Steelbender encounter and dies") as a consequence. THANKS again for such a fine write-up.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Maelnum, and thank you for the feedback.

Most of your concerns are centered around the dungeon quests. We are slowly getting these issues corrected. We have to write these things up one-at-a-time and provide a full log in order to get the issue entered into the bug tracking system.

We've made substantial improvements to the dungeon quests over the past few months, and realize that more work remains. We are plugging away at them. But, the development have recently been spread even thinner as we prepare for the WoD expansion.

We will continue to write individual concerns up as feature requests. But, as with most problems, we can provide no ETA for them.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Jironda,

This log file does not correspond to your description:
      • It shows you queuing as healer, and nothing else
      • No where does it "Tanking is not supported" in any form
      • No where does it show you with the deserter debuff
If the problem happens again, please be certain you attach the correct log. We can't analyze or take corrective actions without it.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Hi, Deceptikahn, and thanks for the log.

You have to actually select some raids for which you'd like to queue. This log shows you haven't selected any. That is why Dungeonbuddy has correctly marked "nothing to do".

If this happens after you have selected some raids, please attach a fresh log and a screenshot showing that you are not locked out of the selected raids.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Tigerlady3012,

Honorbuddy core takes care of inventory management, not Dungeonbuddy. You must be using some drinks that are not on the Protected Items.xml list for some reason. Please edit that file to include your beverages of choice.

      cheers,

      Hi, Camlen1098,

In all candor, probably not. The development staff is stretched thinner than normal trying to prepare for the upcoming WoD expansion.

cheers and sorry for the bad news,

Hi, Tyriekfv, and thanks for this log!

We've opened bug report HB-1015 ("Entering and leaving raids quickly, causing Deserter buff") against this issue.

Hi, Epicknight, and many thanks for the log.

Before I write this up, can you repair a configuration problem for us, and try again?

[18:19:20.105 D] (Singular) AllowMovement: Auto // should be "None"
      ...
[18:19:43.461 N] [DungeonBuddy]: Combat Movement: False // should be "True"

If it still fails with the corrected configuration, please toss an new log, and I'll be glad to write it up.

      cheers,
      chinajade

      Hi, Shifty,

We've opened feature request HB-1016 ("Pass off 'leader' control, if we acquire it?") against your request.

This is not a promise to implement, but to explore the possibility. The request could get ugly if the raid is 50% bots. Its is also a potentially good way to detect bots in a raid. This is one of the many reasons we ask that you do not AFK.

      cheers,
      chinajade
