On this topic what do you think about patch notes where frozen orbs->eternals/FL. I can see over all the price of FL, Fire/Life/Air all dropping as well. IMO next patch will come out and there will be a large drop in the price of eternals/FL due to the amount of orbs people will have saved up. In the long term this will only be a slight increase in supply as per heroic (20mins ~) you have a 20% chance of getting a orb (assuming everyone greeds).
I know it's not getting updated until the next patch, but I picked up 2 and a half stacks of it last night compared to the 1 and a bit I usually get, just luck I guess.

This will drop prices of Frost lotuses/Eternalas a lot... sucks but what can we do Ofcourse price of Frost Lotus on this screenshoot is buged. Frozen Orbs from 3-8g skyrocketed to 20-40g, some people have 800 in banks.
Everyone says oh no it will stabilize yata yata , if you can buy frost lotus and the drop rate is going to double. Frost lotus is going to cut down to ateast 25g each like eternals. I imagine Flasks will be 10- 15 g a peice now.
Still not seeing that, ran 5 hrs yesterday for only 10 FL, that seems about average for me for that time of run, running Sholazar only though.
I have been getting a ton of FL over the past few days... I got 4 stacks over about 8 - 10 hours of farming so far this weekend. On the bright side though, maybe people will stop farming herbs as much since they'll have plenty of FL for flasks and the price of herbs will go up.
When i said 1 hour=1 stack of lotus i ment the english lesson(1h) not 1h of farming. I get like 3-4 pieces in 1 hour
What do you mean its a bug?! When you go to http://db.mmo-champion.com/c/40160/frozo-the-renowned/ it shows frost lotus selling for 4g from the vendor. If this is true consider our days of herb farming over. Next come titanium ore from the vendor...and we farmers will be out of a job. =(
Actually this works in our favor seeing as how with more frost lotus to go around more flasks will be made and thus the demand for herbs will go up, together with it's price! Not to mention the non-botters will get their frost lotus' faster (for their raid chars or w/e) while farming and will have less normal herbs to sell, again the prices going up!
You are all really reading this information wrong.... Yes there will be a 50% increase in the drop rate, but that'll honestly be insignificant since 50% of 5% will being it up to 7.5%. And the reason why the frost lotus is selling for 4g on the PTR is because no one farms frost lotuses on the PTR so they need the vendor there to make flasks. The vendor will NOT be selling frost lotuses. There is no change where you can buy Frost Lotuses from a vendor, only other items that are listed. Read the details.
