I can't help but notice in WoD beta while playing or watching FatBoss videos, it appears blizzard is adding more environmental variable effects that players need to adapt to. It is an interesting thought to think that they filled a double role with this of making challenging content while making it tougher for bots to navigate and blend in. It will be fun to see how HB will be able to adapt to these changes with the release of these dungeons. An example is there is a place on Grimrail Depot where strips of fire block one of two areas to get to the next area, dealing large damage. You have X seconds to get across before the side with fire switches. Another boss in Grimrail focuses on one player and barrages them with missiles so that they must hide behind pillars while dealing with a large amount of adds that spawn and also need to interact with a cannon to attack the boss. The last boss in Grimrail requires you to watch the dragon in the air and react 2-5 seconds before it lays a root and a patch of electric fire under your feet. Another example are just random trash mobs in both Grimrail and Skyreach that use knockback mechanics with no invisible wall to keep you from falling. Also in Skyreach the first boss has two constant moving mechanics that deal large damage if you fail to move with the flow of the blade patterns. The third boss uses an add kiting mechanic that focuses on 1 player and explodes for nasty damage if it reaches them.
They did the same thing in Cata and somewhat in MoP. Farming those won't be efficient anyways until you can overpower mechanics anyways
Taking that approach will end up with having most of them blacklisted, take a look at some of the videos.
there won't be any problem for dungeonbuddy to handle this stuff ... there are objects, spells, locations that can be used to navigate, avoid, used whatver is needed remember the Boss in Throne of Thunder, called durumu, his beam or the voids or the labyrinth ... dungeonbuddy can handle it same for different stuff, it is only a question how good the mechanics are coded in the profile, and the avaiable profiles are well tested before they were released
