im having issue with my ww monk healing in Arena idk if its combat routine or what but i've tried multiple with this botbase
Hi, Sdsadasdsa2 and Newb420, There is simply no way to diagnose problems like these without a full log that captures the issue. Please be certain to attach the full log the next time you encounter these problems. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade
Hi Lazyrider If I use this wonderful bot with one dps and run lazyrider on the healer to auto follow and heal it works great. My question is if I have a 5man team and the tank is loaded to run a quest file or grind bot and I use dps to auto follow leader they dont attack the same targets the leader does? If I chose auto target they just shot anything in the area even if the tank is not attacking it. Is there a way to set it up so they automatically assist the tank on the target he pulls like the heals does?
@vinnyjf: Thanks for the concise and accurate reply to a fellow forum member! @Enthvor: The information cited by vinnyjf and the answer to most questions on LazyRaider appears in Post #1 No, an SVN is not supported.
Yes. If you do the following with one (1) of your DPS followers: 1. Click Settings & Tools and set Log Level to Diagnostic 2. Use Singular as your Combat Routine (default if you have not installed others) 3. Click Class Config, Debug tab, and choose Debug Output => File, then Save 4. Click Start 5. While Running, click Class Config and leave window Open 6. At point where a targeting issue occurs, click LOGMARK Don't spam LOGMARK. Just add one when a specific type of targeting / attack problem occurs. Each logmark gets a number assigned, so in your post let me know something like: LOGMARK #1 - targeted and attacked mob we werent in combat with LOGMARK #2 - not attacking any target while the tank was in combat and in range, etc Attach your log file to your post and I'll review and make necessary revisions to LazyRaider. It will take a bit of work, but that is the only way to specifically communicate exactly what you are seeing and anchor those observations to a specific point in the LogFile so I can analyze what LazyRaider and Singular were thinking. Thanks for the post and good luck with your 5man group! -Bobby53
Hi, Captaincool, You can find your answer in this article: HelpDesk: Honorbuddy and Arenas cheers, chinajade
Is this also the lfr bot for SOO? where do i put it when i downloaded the thing ? and how do i setup the bot for dps
Hi, Boris9292, If you are raiding 'by hand', this is the bot that will automate your rotations. You are still required to do all movement by hand. There is no setup, really. Just install the bot, select it in Honorbuddy, and start Honorbuddy. As soon as your toon enters combat, it will do all attacking appropriately. But, you'll have to move your toon, both in and out of combat. If you were looking for mostly automated raiding, then you're looking for DungeonBuddy. That thread has all the instructions you should need to get started. For a complete list of bots that ship with Honorbuddy, look here: Honorbuddy:Bots Provided by Bossland GmbH cheers, chinajade
Doesnt work proper on my healing shaman. it works perfect on my hunter & warrior. but my healing shaman doesnt do any spells at all. [it used to work], but since the new update for both honorbuddy & lazyraider, it aint working. im doing something wrong? should i change something?
Tenggren85, Still looking into it, but I am not able to duplicate the issue presently. I recommend making sure that HonorBuddy is closed and deleting the following files: <honorBuddy-folder>\Settings\LazyRaider_<character-name>.xml <honorbuddy-folder>\Settings\<realm>\<character-name>\SingularSettings.xml <honorbuddy-folder>\Settings\<realm>\<character-name>\Singular\*.* <honorbuddy-folder>\Cache\*.* <honorbuddy-folder>\CompiledAssemblies\*.* This will clear out your settings and clean out any cached information. If you still have an issue, please be sure to post a new log file created after the above steps were completed. Thanks for the post and your help in figuring this out, Bobby53
Unsure if this has been asked and answered, and I do apologize if it has been. When using lazyraider in SoO as a tank, it seems to be taunting everything, including mobs I don't have targeted, and causing problems doing tank-swaps for some boss fights. Is there a way of setting it up to allow me control of my taunt? Thanks.
Morrin, Welcome to HonorBuddy! LazyRaider does not cast any spells. It invokes the Combat Routine that you are using and it decides what to cast and when, including Taunts. You can click the Class Config button to see if your Combat Routine supports controlling the use of taunts or contact your Combat Routine author. I would suggest attaching a log to your post when you write them so details on your usage are available. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Tank, Bobby53
