not true, the healing logic is abstracted to a point where it does not matter what they change the only issue wulf will have currently, is when they remove a spell, wulf has to remove it too, everything else is done dynamic and needs no change so far (well ... at least what i could see from the last source code i was able to read )
I am curious to see other holy paladins settings for this. I wish there was a way to have it use Holy Radiance to do illuminated healing. Maybe even the SH rotation Judgement > Holy radiance > Holy Radiance > Light of Dawn
I'll check the illuminated healing stuff, i extended the method months ago, but it won't be executed as much as i want it. The SH rotation is currently in my list, i added a simple one to my thok-healing, but this has nothing to do with clever healing, that's why this rotation isn't added to the public version, i'll look at it, if i can add it for a more clever healing (by reweightening the spells in the prioritylist) settings are simple ... disable stop casting disable predicted healing disable Devotion Aura (raidcooldown which will be called most of the time) disable holy light (stupid spell, not needed) let it run (that's how i healed 11/14 hc atm)
Thanks for the response and settings. I am kind of confused on how the dynamic spell priorties work.. do you leave those all at default of 60, 60, 60? I checked the main faq and did not fully understand the info listed in the second post. Edit: Did you change the EF tank to 3 power, and leave EF player at 1 power? Edit: When you say predicted healing do you mean predict health under chronicle healing?
I was triggered by the words "isn't added to the public version"... suggests there is a private (other) version?
ha no, if storm is talking about something it is his own creation. He rewrote a lot of the oracle Paladin stuff to work for him better and kept it to himself if i am not mistaken.
Wish I knew how to edit this stuff. ATM none of the paladin crs do quite what I want with holy oracle is the best for sure tho.
benny is right, the private "edition" is stuff i'm playing with. most of my changes are going into the public version when testing is finished AND working for a whole raid id (means up to 11 heroic encounter atm) AND if the changes are usable by everyone. the (my) Holy Pally SH rotation is still in testing phase cause this one isn't using the dynamic priority (that's one part i've to add be reweightening the spells based on the talent choice) and needs some more tweaking (i added the whole part in less than 5 minutes and forgot about some circumstances^^) there are other "stupid" bugs (Light's Hammer wil be placed at the wrong spot, other talents from this tier are not supported ) atm (i had to shorten the whole execution to 8 lines of code atm, which misses some of the advantages of oracle) i haven't tested other classes with these specific changes (had to adjust the Encounter Logic for Thok and the Encounter-Module), so there is a long way from a private edit to the public built (i don't accept any request of getting the private edits, no matter if it is for money or "beta testing" or whatever) but the Thok Logic itself will go to the public within this or the next week. @settings questions: i'm running with default settings ... i think... (except the ones i mentioned above) yes i mean the predict health setting and ... if i don't forget it, i can upload my settings in the evening, which i'm using 99% of the time, there is currently ONE encounter where i'm used to do manual healing (Dark Shamans heroic, Mastery-Shield stacking on Iron Prison Debuff)
Thanks for getting back with me. I would love to see your settings. Looking forward to paladin updates cheers! Also looking forward to oracle2
Just a general priest question, I have like 515ilvl, 12k spirit and 23.0 crit chance, should I be getting low on mana a lot and does it get better with higher item levels, from what I see the healing is really good but by the end of the fight Im OoM
From a thread I started about some features that would be nice for holy paladin routine. - Eternal Flame Support - An option to NOT cast light of dawn when using eternal flame - Illuminated healing tracking - Building shields - Holy Radiance - Divine Light (oracle does this) - Cooldowns - Rapid Shield Building. Have an option when we use cooldowns we start building shields. - The Selfless healer rotation - Judgment, Radiance, Shock, Light of Dawn (Strong on fights like thok; but also very good for fresh holy paladins) - Holy Avenger, and while it is up your rotation is Judgment, LOD, Shock, LOD, Judgment, LOD, Shock, LOD - Boss Support - Malkarok (Oracle has it) - Thok (Oracle has it)
- Eternal Flame Support - already in there (v1 and v2) - An option to NOT cast light of dawn when using eternal flame - already in there (v1 and v2) - Illuminated healing tracking - already in there (v1 and v2) - Building shields - already in there, but not agressive enough (v1 and v2) - Holy Radiance - already in - Divine Light (oracle does this) - already in - Cooldowns - already in - Rapid Shield Building. Have an option when we use cooldowns we start building shields. - not needed when Building shields is more agressive - The Selfless healer rotation - currently in alpha in v1 and v2 (different ways) - Judgment, Radiance, Shock, Light of Dawn (Strong on fights like thok; but also very good for fresh holy paladins) - this is the SH rotation - Holy Avenger, and while it is up your rotation is Judgment, LOD, Shock, LOD, Judgment, LOD, Shock, LOD - already reflected (and working) in v1 alpha - Boss Support - already in - Malkarok (Oracle has it) - already in - Thok (Oracle has it)- already in
please add dispel support for corrosive blood for thok. its hard to dispel fast enough to counter the spell the CR wants to cast next. also, the protectors fight. dispels go out before the 3 stacks turn into more stacks. my raid team loves this! keep up the great work
