Title really says it all, I want to bot bgs heavily, 6-8 hours a day. What is the safest way to do this? People say using BGbuddy is unsafe and if you look at the ban section it seems to be unsafe. How do I improve it? Will modifying the profiles help? Is there a different bot that can be used for BGs? I tried to search for answers but only got posts about questions and reports of ban. Thanks for reading.
you are going to get the same thing everywhere you look....you want some feel good success storys? they have a sub for that.... Pst ill tell you the secret tho.... Don't afk - Dont play like a bot - Human behavior = good. Botting for 7 days and selling 42 stacks of golden lotus every morning is prolly going to get you the hammer time.
I'd have to say the safest way would be to use a pvp cr and blank profile loaded up in combat bot. Moving manually to avoid bot trains and just racking up the kills. I know its not afk but that's the safest route that I can see and there's still a risk.
Wouldn't be on a botting forum if you didn't intend on botting...these responses of not botting or whatnot get really annoying and are a waste of everyones time. If you don't have any constructive input for the OP then don't post st all because I know I don't care to read the snide remarks from some of you and In sure Im not the only one. If they wanted that as an answer they wouldn't have asked...instead they're trying to improve on something....what were you try to accomplish other than being an ass?
Well I'm glad to see 2 or 3 people will give constructive replies....I'd like to see how you were treated asking these questions....YOU WERE A NOOB TOO ONCE....people ask questions and get sarcastic replies like you're all elitist jerks rather than actual help. And 2 + 2 does not always equal 4 btw...I'm not getting into it but there's a whole college course on how it works...so there's your sarcastic reply back at you.
You don't need a university level course to know that 2+2 does not always equal 4. It depends on which scale you are using and how a number is defined in said scale. I think it is safe to assume that most people on this forum use basic grade school mathematics which is based on assumptions using intervals.
My point still remains valid in the fact that the OP is simply asking questions and the majority of replies I see are sarcastic and non constructive. Threads been derailed enough, so I'm done replying here. Sad to see so few people willing to help...especially some who are supposed to be representing the company these people purchase a product from.
People are probably a bit over seeing this question tbh. It's asked quite a bit. I haven't botted for several months now but assuming nothing has changed then no, there is nothing you can do to alter the behaviour of BGBuddy because it is it's own botbase and all it's behaviours are handled by the bot itself. The only thing you could change is the "Box" that the profiles outline as a target/goal.
I dont see why people are saying BGbuddy is not safe. I got a warning for GB2 herb/mine , i was just stupid.This was 2 weeks ago. Last week I botted my full pvp gear , 2 days 8 hours , total of 16 hours. I am not banned and now im gold farming with grindbot. Still nothing.
that takes a lot of drugs to teach and/or believe. math is easily explained by 1 equaling 1 of something. so 2 phones plus 2 phones equals 4 phones. im not sure i want to know where this guy pulled the 5th from.... >_>
You already know that BG botting is inherently unsafe (a lot of people will see you, and a lot of people are looking for someone to blame). Your biggest issues are that you look like a bot. You may wish to avoid certain battlegrounds, I would be cautious about IoC and SotA. In WSG, you may look a bit obvious at your 43rd death if the other team are farming your bg. Normal people avoid ressing long before that. The bot trains are an issue in all battlegrounds, and your best bet is to either modify profiles somehow (never looked at that myself) or use some form of plugin to alter it perhaps. My gut feeling also suggests botting a healer. Even if you are bad, people are less likely to blame you if you are trying to heal them
LOL 2+2 does equal 4 in addition lolol anyways. There is no forum safe from trolls in the history of the internetz. I have had a total of 6 accounts banned in my carrer and all of them is when I said FUCK IT! BOT TIME! and left gather buddy running for like 10-16 hours for the day, the ban shortly followed by 1-2 days
Any response you will get will all be theory but I feel safer with my 3 new accounts using mixed mode with gathering BG/Gathering and taking random breaks/limiting the time the bot is running per day.
The best way to avoid a ban when botting in BG's is to make sure you have an extremely good combat routine. I would strongly recommend any of TuanHa's work if you have not already tried it out. A good combat routine can in most times be tweaked to play the game better than you could play it by hand. The problem with players botting in bg's using just basic singular etc is that if you are underperforming in the bg by a significant amount you stand out and people will hate on you for botting and sucking. The chances of being reported when you have the #1 healing or dps in a battleground however are slim to none.
