There are more sophisticated CR's but the main "speed" variables are writing a script to avoid unnecessary pulls, gear, and group comp (hero/lust/buffs/cd's)
best way to know is to try them out, I use superbad for my feral and guardian druids and it works very well, better than singular... i use singular on my resto though
Do you need to Set Allowmovement in Dungeonbuddy to true? Cuz I am kinda confused by this. Use the movement from the routine or from Dungeonbuddy itself?
If you are using Singular, you can use all the default settings. If you're using custom CR's, you'll have to play with the movement settings to make sure it's working right. From my experiences (10+ RAF teams leveled to 85 through dungeonbuddy), Singular works the best for dungeonbuddy leveling groups. It just works, you don't have to mess with anything and it gets the job done. You definitely won't cut huge amounts of the leveling time by using CR's other than Singular.
If you are using dungeonbuddy then yes Singular is the best. Other profiles might do things to interfere with the dungeonbuddy making it more likely to get stuck and get caught.
I would say always use the movement from the bot base as it should hopefully have the avoidance built in to it.

I'm just wondering the same for my main team. At the moment i use this team : 1 Druid Guardian 1 Priest Discipline 1 Hunter BM 1 Hunter Survival 1 Shammy Enhancement Do you think using something payed like Tuanha routines could improve my GPH ? I'm farming heroics at the moment with medium ilvl 470-480 i think and i'm not dying
i'm sure the gph increase would be minimal, plus singular WORKS and is designed in conjunction with them, "less" chance of it becoming stuck etc.
Spend the 12 hours it'll take to get your characters to 500ilvl+, this is the first major increase in random dungeon GPH, 520-540 with custom profiles for big pulls is the next step, then 550-575 with straight boss clears and aoe trash at boss's is your final plateau.
