Hi, D00mw01f,

We believe you (and the WoWhead contributors) are mistaken about this. "The Assassin" and "Forward Base: Reaver's Fall" are part of two distinct quest chains. Instead, we believe that you (and the WoWhead contributors) are running into problems picking up the quest due to a level deficiency or other such problem.

As proof of this, we just finished running toons through the Horde BC profile, and encounter no issues in Hellfire.

Without a log, we will be unable to analyze the problem. If you need assistance, please see the guide for Reporting Problems or Seeking Assistance.

Both these logs show the same thing:

• The bot is started
• The profile schedules a sell/repair run at Morgan's Vigil
• Honorbuddy decides it needs to mail, and goes to Lakeshire to do such
• You stop the bot

The profile appears to be operating correctly. The problem is you are interfering with its proper operation by constantly stopping the bot. Just let it run, and all should be fine.

How come when i go to the Honorbuddy store via the link you give, and try to download this pack it does nothing?
using the link your provided, sends me to the shop n your product, but when i click 'Obtain for free' it just refreshes the god damn page?

i also took the SVN Link n just did it from there, but when i use my bot for questing at level 80. i try get get my level 80 monk to guest in hyjal but when i click start the bot says 'Compiling quests in Stormwind' it flies to Hearthglen in Western Plague Lands, and keeps flying to it cannot fly no more?...

 

I'm not mistaken. I got this bug several times on many horde toons. I checked manually log and found that bot tryed pickup this quest. I'm checked if this quest already completed (typed /run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(9400)); ) and it wasn't. I dont leveluped between this quests. I dont sure maybe for quest "The Assassin" I need complete one of previous quest in chain with quest "Forward Base: Reaver's Fall". But definitely I cant get this quest when only completed "Through the Dark Portal" (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9407). After I completed "Forward Base: Reaver's Fall" I was able to pickup "The Assassin".

P.S. Here's log. I found there problem with cyrillic names of npc (when bot trying pickup quest from Nazgrel he writes "[23:17:57.366 D] Interacting with Неизвестно") but it doesn't matter. Bot successfuly interacted with npc and I got same quest bug before this problems in logger.

P.P.S. I have horde priest 53 level so I can check this again in few days and check what quest exactly needed for "The Assassin".

P.P.P.S. Looks like its not usual bug with leveling from 58 to 68. I'm leveling rogue after completed "Insane" and he got 66 level grinding chest for ravenholdt. But this is still bug.

Hello kick, i´ve been using your profiles for as long as they have been there, but you LK quest files is not working from the SVN, and i don´t get it when i got the kick profile pack in the buddy-store? What is going on?

 

Hello Kick + Others,

I recently finished running 45 characters though your Horde 80-85 Profile and would to like report the bugs that I have found consistently on every character. I hit level 90 by the time I was in Kun lai so that is only as far as I have tested. I used no plugins of any kind other then built in auto equip and am using singular, with the only changes made being to avoid pulling 3 mobs at once on some classes.

For the quests:

A poor grasp of the basics
A seemingly endless nuisance

These are obtained immediately after entering VOTFW. The mobs on the roof <Mob Name="Snagtooth Troublemaker" Id="55873" /> are on the roof of the quest giver and the bot will try to kill them before accepting quests. This occurred on 100% of characters, I'm assuming this is a combat routine issue but am wondering if its possible to blacklist those mobs.

The Moth Rebellion

Same thing as previous 2 quests mob is sometimes onto of house and unreachable while attempting to kill large moths for quests. Happens in maybe 10% of characters

Snap Judgement
The Golden Dream

After picking up these quests the bot will move to a hotspot that is 30-50 yards from the small area where 3 these quest take place. It seems to be too far for it to target the mobs and will just stand in that location to the end of time. Manually moving the characters without stopping bot 20 feet up the path will get it going no problem.

Cheer Up, Yi-mo

During this quest when kicking/interacting with the npc birds will spawn and attack you every 2-3 interacts. If it spawns from the rear no problems the bot will attack the mob and continue on it way. If it spawns from the front though the character will run in front of npc and once it has finished dispatching the bird it will just stand still. I believe this to be caused by the npc not being intractable from the front as you are kicking him in a specific direction and the bot is attempting to rightclick the mob running too and interacting with same click.

I don't have any logs saved but if I needed to I could probably dig some out but as these happened over such a large sample of characters and I can assure you they exist. Other then these issues though the profile is running smoother than I have ever seen it. Goodwork

Have made my first botting experience on WoW go smoothly

 

I did some testing and got the following times for leveling my druid with full heirlooms

1-60 26 hours
1-70 48 hours
1-85 73 hours

I have one suggestion on these profiles. Make a way to be able to find out what quest you are on or are going to go get. The log only says moving to quest pickup and I dont know which. It stopped at that one. If I knew which one then I woud be able to complete it by hand. A few of the places where the toon stands to meet the NPC or objective needs to be changed. Of course I did not keep a record of which quests, perhaps my next toon.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the profile pack available from the Buddy Store. There is nothing to download.

The problem is a lack of understanding of how the Buddy Store works, and this article should answer any questions you may have:

We've slightly reworked Obtaining a Copy of the Profiles to bring how the Buddy Store works to your attention a little better.

What you are requesting is not a profile feature, but a feature of Honorbuddy. And, Bignoga is spot on → it already exists. If you click on the "Info" tab at the bottom of Honorbuddy, Honorbuddy should tell you what it is up to in the "Goal".

This appears to be some kind of navigational issue. Please do the Bury Those Cockroaches! quest manually, turn it in, then restart Honorbuddy.

Well. I stopped the bot because I got TIRED of the boot doing the same thing over and over. All I had in backpack was ONLY the heartstone (as I had to make sure my bags where clean to eliminate any possible item issues) and ONLY had enabled plugins I always use when leveling that I know doesn't interfere with kick's profiles I do not know what caused this, but I don't think it is any point to just pretend it did not happen and I insist it should be checked out. it aint normal that the bot manually walks all way even without taking flightpath just to end up on mailbox with NOTHING to mail. I know what I saw as I am the one monitoring the questing. The bot stopped and did not do anything, thats why I stopped it. After starting bot again it just did the whole procedure all over again without proceeding with questing, :O. Hope this can be fixed in some way. If not, keep it in mind and look out for other threads if this happens again. Then I will for sure provide as much details Ic an. Sorry I dont keep logs very long as I often clean my cache/logs to avoid issues.
