[MINING|HERB] Icecrown by iggi66

This profile is only for private usage and subscribers of gatherbuddy project. Commercial MapPacks or other commercial projects are not allowed to use this.​

This is my first profile I want to share with you. Made it during the last three days since im using the buddy.

About

This profile requires flying mount and level 80. Lower levels should blacklist some more nodes then me! It's for mining and herbalism, but more mining I think. Minimum skill for mining is 400, for herbalism 425. But you will not be able to farm every vein/deposit/herb then.

I'm using this route on my realm since 2-3 month when farming manually with my Deathknight (mining/herbalism). So it is experienced, compact and optimized with EditPatrol. It don't cross crowded areas or elite spawns (with toon which didn't do any quests in Icecrown). I was never whispered by someone who asks if I'm botting.

To prevent stucks or bigger groups of mobs you may need my blacklisted nodes, which I attached. Just copy and paste them to the end of your own BadNodes.xml by using a texteditor like notepad.

Following the FAQ of gatherbuddy it says you can start in every area of the map. I recommend to start somewhere near the route!

Known Problems (Please report in this thread or PM me!)

- The buddy sometimes skips the path at the middle of the route | should be fixed

best damn profile ever for mining, i dont recommend classes like mages/locks/rogues. Best with DeathKnights, Warriors and Pallys

Why don't you recommend it for mining with rogues?

 

Mine is having a lot of altitude problems

 

Horrible profile for herb picking rogue I died multiple times back to back all items were broken stayed afk with ressurrection sickness 80% of the time.

Terrible profile it cuts across the Elites dies every time.

 

Loves this profil. using a lvl 80 prot warrior with toc 25/Icc 10 gear, and when does drop down in the middle of the elites.. he just kicks they #"?#"

 

Only problem with this is mining pick is not protected in the profile and if your inv is full it will mail it to your alt.

 

i think Tony said something about putting it in your backpack. and not the other bags and it should be fine. but i could be wrong

I will give this a try if my Sholazar Basin profile gets stuck again.

 

hmmm profile doesnt work 2 well for me path's, routes, flying into mountains and hmmm lawl. anyways appreciate the effort

 

ya , this profile isnt the best one , well atleast for gaygeared characters , couse on the fields they die less then in 10sec...
