Determining that can be tricky.
Blizzard has algorithms that can be very elaborate and unpredictable.

I'd say no.
Some people claim they've botted Botanica for days straight, and some people claim they last only a few hours.
I'm willing to bet that the people who only last hours are botting on realms were Botanica has been botted more heavily.
When testing those profiles, I ran the profile on mulitple accounts for hours-on-end, and had no problems with bans.
But the realm I'm on is very casual, and has next to no botters.

This issue has been reported and fixed multiple times.
The cause of it was the player taking too long to kill the second boss.
At the moment, I believe the bot gives you about 50 seconds to kill it - if you take longer than that, the issue is likely to occur.

With profile code, it would be 'practically' impossible to add the trigger you're requesting.
The only way to get that would be to add a ton of Lua script around every code in the profile that'll do a time-check before any line of executed.

I haven't changed that profile recently.

If you're referring to the dungeon timer wait time then the behavior in your Honorbuddy folder was probably altered during an update.
No static tunables are used for the dungeon wait timers, so they're completely dependent on the behavior itself.

Any that isn't a profile that's controlled by Lua, just change the <SellGreens> variable to false inside of the profile code.
Profiles that sell via Lua are usually the *Extras* profiles that are labled with: (Sell Everything, Keep Frostweave, etc)

-Is there some incompatibility with the plugin MrItemRemover 2?
Any profile that doesn't sell via Lua should have compatibility with it.

-Which are the more dangerous dungeon to bot and which one are the safest?
They're all considered dangerous and safe. It depends on your realm.
If we were to average it, I'd say which ever ones are the most used - which is: The Botanica and Gundrak.

I tested Grim Batol [H] and with 1/2 hour selling all greens and 1/2 hour sending all greens to alt, and I must say it's very profitable something like 800 GPH.
Regarding the pulls, I used a DK Blood ILVL 548 and I think the pull prior to the last is a bit too much for low geared people; I had no problems and my life never drop below 70%, but I think low ilevel geared people will have problem with that pull of trash.
That's why there's different pull density options.

I tested the 2 insane pulls for Halls of Lightining, at my urrent gear level they are a joke, I have never seen my toon go down below 95%, so I think this profiles can become better adding more pulls, because theere is no way to die.
That's why there's "Suicide Pull" options.

 

Open the profile with a code or text editor and search for: 50000
The 50000 is the time it waits in miliseconds.

Which profile? It looks like you're trying the [DD] version since it's outputting that text.
The [DD] versions of Grim Batol are depreciated and aren't recommended for use.

 

Heads up for WoD!

I've been doing some dungeon-running experimentation on the Warlords of Draenor beta, and so far it looks promising with not only the Cataclysm dungeons, but MoP dungeons too.

Here's a Grim Batol pull from the beginning of the instance, to the first boss:

As you can see, they're only hitting an average of 10 to 35 damage on me.
My AoE was able to 1 hit the majority of the mobs in 1 tick.

The loot value of the pull in the screenshot was worth 38.2 gold.

Note that this is still beta, and the damage scaling is probably still experimental, so these numbers may change.
But in the mean time, I'll be checking out the Mist of Pandaria dungeons.
Hopefully also, I'll be able to get out some WoD farming profiles before the expansion releases.

 

There's likely a corruption in your Honorbuddy installation.
Try a fresh install.

 

Yes, if you're using a code editor - each dungeon code-block can be collapsed to look like this:

All you'd need to do is just erase the Nexus section. :3
If you don't have a code editor - I could do it for you.


On a side note, the majority of dungeons on the (With Beta Profiles) is considered 'do-able' now.
Most of the glitches in those runs were caused by the game client, or Singular. Which most seem fixed.
I'll probably be porting more over to the normal Randomizer soon.
