Hi, Robbanswe96, Let's start by trying to remedy the issue with a simple reboot. If no joy, please do a "clean install" of Honorbuddy. Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy If still no joy, try running this tool as Windoze admin: Buddy Dependency Wizard If still no joy, it gets a bit tedious, we need to uninstall and reinstall dependencies: Go to Programs and Features, in your Windoze Control Panel. Look for: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 client profile Microsoft .NET Framework 4 extended Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (or 4.5.x) Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 redistributable and Uninstall them if they are installed. Reboot your PC. Please install the following (be certain to run all with Windoze 'administrator' privileges): Buddy Dependency Wizard Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center After all installs are completed, run Windoze update. And install all updates for .NET & C++. You may need to 'update' several times to get all the necessary updates. If some reason you are still not off-and-away, please attach the full log from the clean install. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log cheers, chinajade Do one last reboot If you are not off-and-away after this, please show us a fresh log from he clean install.
