Paid Offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software I used the bot on and off with several hours "rest" between the sessions, I farmed on my monk and have been doing that for a few days now but i never had 6 hour sessions and i had 2-3 hours rest between each session. I never sold anything on AH other then some 5-10 stacks of trillium ores each week since people dont buy that so often in trade chat but that is sold on AH by another character. I sent a appeal now 10 minutes ago, It isent the biggest loss to me since i was just using the bot since i remember i had bought a key a long time back and i had 15 euro on my battle.net account balance, so i bought game time and played/botted some since i got nothing better to do atm.
I am sorry you lost an account but thats the risk if you bot. I am sure you got reported by another botter or player while you farmed. It's also not a good idea to do the same stuff again and again with a char, even if its for a limited amount of hours a day. 5-6 hours a day farming but 7 days a row smells like a bot. Farm one day, next day go some dungeons and third day play manually and talk to other people on the chat. Not to forget: "monitor your bot from time to time". This can help you finding out if something does not work after hours which worked at the beginning or if people follow you. Especially on public profiles it happens that after a while people use the same route and then another botter reports you. In the specific case of the profile you used you should talk to the author because I have tested it too for 5 days and 3 accounts and found out that after mailing items the chars all started at the same place. The result was the "bot train". Could be that this happened to you with another botting running the same profile on our server. Hope that helps to prevent bans in future.
I dont know why a botter report a fellow member. It sick me a lot. Maybe someone see you a lot of time in trade trying so sell stuff and report you. Sorry for your lose mate.
From Blizzard Well. Thats it for me =) Iam not going to use Honorbuddy or play World of warcraft anymore. Iam not going to buy the game again, To bad my honorbuddy key`s dont expire in another 8 years ' Thanks for the time guys, Cya around =)
You were likely reported by someone. In future I recommend something like randombuddy which randomizes the route you take rather than reusing an existing old route. The other thing is not to worry so much about how long you did an activity per day (providing it seems human) or how much you sold but rather the pattern it forms. For example, if you mine for 5 hours every day and sell 10 stacks of ore on the AH it becomes a pattern which attracts attention. Particularly if you are doing this at set times.
