bot is not working. dosent load any profile.

im trying to load the gatherbuddy. but it dosent work.

when i click on load profile. he just dont open the folder to me to open the profile.

what should i do?. tryed to rebot. reinstal. and it dosent work anyway.

Try clicking on the arrow to the right of the words "Load Profile" → "From File".
If you're trying to load one you purchased from the Buddy Store, select "Load Profile" → "From Buddy Store", instead.

If no joy, please attach a full log so we can see if something is wrong.

this is the log for the new try.

 

the last sentenc on log says. "[10:43:15.473 D] Activity: Loading Profile..." but nothing happens =\

 

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.
