[PAID] Chameleon (a Rogue pick-pocket bot)

the picklock function doesnt work when you turn off singular's version of picklock. and if you keep both on, it will leave some boxes 'stuck' and greyed out until you relog. this is a problem

 

I have no issues with that Twisty, I've had reports earlier when you have both on that it can get stuck, but if you disable the singular one it works for everyone else, and you never accepted my Skype request so you could show me the error.

 

I have mount distance set to 200, but did not know I could set it further so I'll be figuring out how to do that and should fix the problem

I meant to mention that I use tuanha's rogue and I've had to set it so that it can't move itself otherwise it will try and move to fight targets I sap a lot of the time, the downfall of this is if I inevitably get into combat my bot will not approach the targets to fight, it will wait and wait for them to get in range and then start attacking... and even then sometimes is just lets itself get beat up and then just vanishes after the cooldown comes up or it runs away (not stealthed) and agros more mobs eventually having to fight instead of losing agro. Is this normal behavior?


What GPH do you guys get at your spots not including the bonus 5K-7K from a epic? I wont ask where I just want to know how well I'm using the bot in comparison.

 

do you have open lockboxes checked as well? that's the only time it will work for me. I'm talking about just having the first checkbox checked - not both.


could it be that im trying to just unlock heavy junkboxes and not the MoP ones? Mop ones open fine....

I went ahead and bought the bot

one issue i'm having is every time I check "only pickpocket once" and close the window if I open the bot config again it shows as unchecked.


on a different note, would a checkbox to tell the bot to avoid water be possible? a few of my spots there is water nearby and sometimes it likes to go for a swim... i've tried blacklisting the areas but its really difficult to 100% block it this way.

 

I'm trying to blackspot alot of mobs around the place where i am pickpocketing to secure myself from not getting stuck on some risky places, but when i blacklisted a few mobs already all i get is this error - http://i.imgur.com/bfEnm6p.png



Perhaps in a later update you can let your users "build" their own waypoints of a pickpocketing profile? Like putting out a few hotspots on where to go and the botbase just picks targets around those hotspots? yes/no? is it even possible?

I feel like this bot is too "spastic" it runs around mobs too much, runs through them and jumps around them. Wtf is up with that shit xD? I've died several times due to my bot jumping around a mob and then jumping out over an edge and dies due to fall damage.

 

Sounds like your combat routine may be fighting for movement control Lokiskye, the bot will run through mobs but it should sap them first USUALLY not always, but it shouldnt be running or jumping around them.

 

Just add multiple starting locations for that.

 

What CC are you using ?
I sugest you use singular, as the botbase is made to not fight mobs (if it can) and I know it works 100% for singular so.

 

with tuanha you need to turn off movement and auto enter combat. If and when your bot gets in a fight it will fight back when the mob comes in range, but will not move to the mob.

 

I am using Singular but it still jumps sometime (i dont have jump plugin fyi) and sometimes walks over cliffs/edges.

Also, sometimes it runs around 1-2 mobs who are paired together and just jumps and runs around those two mobs and continiously saps them for 10-20 sec and then if it doesn't get aggro from them it goes away.

I still like the botbase alot though and will most likely buy it when my trial runs out.

 

Hmm... can be a fps issue, fiddle with your framelock settings in the bot settings to see if you can find a better number (most likely lower than what you have now)

 

Having a couple issues. Guild deposit doesn't seem to be working. It will cast it fine once its at the threshold but once it does it wont realize it has done so as contuinues to try and cast over and over never depositing. The other thing ive noticed is that it doesnt use prep for another vanish.

 

Too many errors to make this worth 25 euro...

 

I'll look into both those issues.

 

Honestly I make about 900 an hour or more + krol and gloaming blades with far less risk of reports compared to other gold making profiles, it has only gotten stuck once and I blacklisted the spot problem gone. Most of the Issues I've run into have to do with honor buddies pathing and not the bot.

Does it have its problems? yes. Could it be better? yes. but as for whether or not its worth 25 euros the price is more then just for the product, the higher price prevents more people from buying it and therefore makes the botbase safer with less rogues roaming around using it.

 

Akna, I have a strange problem, If my botbase is sitting inside the inn building I farm near it will never move from that spot, it wont fly to the starting points I have selected on that continent, it will just sit there until it logs out for inactivity. The second I go outside manually it takes off and goes on its merry way to the starting points I have set. This isn't the biggest problem in the world, I just have to make sure I never leave my character inside the inn but it is a weird one.

 

Apparently they are making pickpocketing almost useless in WoD... I really hope this is not the case.
