hey buddy this really depends on how many things are changed and how many things the devs need to test I expect it will be up within a week, but it will be more like a few days. I'm not sure if this is the release date is for WOD (not following wow news for like months now) but if it's you need to wait more like 2-8 weeks
There is no specific downtime. It all depends on what they encounter. It will be ready when it's ready.
It depends on Blizzard. But if you absolutely want numbers, i think that historically Honorbuddy was never offline for more than one week, more or less. Of course having honorbuddy online and having it works flawlessly like now are two completely different matters.
I think its a valid question !! why wouldn't he ask he pays for the service he has a right to ask how long his paid service will be down for or atleast an approximation ...geez
I guess, the buddyteam is already in the beta. Kick already has some questin profiles on his snv. So I guess they have already a working HB version. If the patch is live, they will test it and release it if they think it is save. We will need to wait I guess
Doesnt mean, that he can't take the little time it takes to type in the search bar, and find the hundreds of threads already made about this.
To be honest, I could see it being just under a day worth, for them to have a quick check of the updates and release their working client.
Being that the build has been on pTR for at least a couple of weeks, it shouldn't be long after the servers come up but who can predict the future
there are quite a bit of changes in the prepatch to work with. then having to rework some things for every hotfix, couple times a week for the first two weeks. with the actual release of WoD in 4 weeks, im guessing most of the work will be done, all but the dealing with the many many hotfixes following that release. we will most likely see a working raidbot/tyreal along with Singular for combat rotation abilities only for the first couple days. Watch for a beta version of HB in the release section. Sometimes they will release a mostly working version for those YOLO botters, use at your own risk but report any bugs, kthnks. There may not be an actual beta version for an expac release, i think i may have seen them for content patches.
