Hallow's end KICK's profiles [Horde]

It is still there, u have to go back in time (there is an Keeper of Time NPC on a hill to the right, when u come from Swamp of Sorrows) which takes u to Blasted Lands before invasion.
(at least he was there for my alliance char)

 

Hmmm wonder if I will be able to gather 500 tricky treats before the 1st of November?

 

You can get 252 - 393 Tricky Treats from all of the Candy Buckets (varies depending on Horde/Alliance), if you're chasing Arthas you'll need to do the Hallow's End quests and daily HH dungeon to get 500!

The profile is crashing WoW when entering the SW keep for me too. Not sure what you're doing in the profile that's throwing a fatal exception due to ACCESS_VIOLATION, but you should probably take down the profile until you figure it out.

This is not the profile's fault. More than likely, you've got Spyware, Virus, on Antivirus that is interfering with proper Honorbuddy operation.

HB works fine. Only this profile is causing this issue. And unless the other user who reported this crash first, has the same exact virus/spyware as I do, that's probably unlikely.

I know Hallow's End isn't a priority for the HB team right now, but I'm still hoping to see some user-created profiles that make candy buckets and dailies work.... this is obviously time-sensitive if we have any hopes of getting the 2 new pets or the LK costume....

On the other hand, if it is only failing for two of us then it must not be something profile related. Is there anything interesting in the log?

I have run all the alliance candy buckets with no crashes, I posted the scripts I used for EK & kalimdor so others could use them. because as you say - they are time-sensitive, and while I don't know squat about bots/plugins & routines I can hack a few changes in a profile to make it work until a 'professional' like Kick or chinajade have time to look at it and do it right.

Seriously have to baby this though, and only thing I have been able to do is pause and then manually hunt the bucket down, then resume the bot.

Here are some locations which were not automatically done (aka, bot just stood there far from the candy location -- this is likely due to the automatic tagging of every flight path. perhaps allow us to toggle that off ?)

Surwich in Blasted Lands appears to have no NPCs or bucket. Might be related to the event going on.

 

I believe the other guy posted a log. mine has a bunch of access_violation errors and greymagic errors. i can post if needed but given you don't know the ins and outs of HB i don't see much benefit in it. any chance we're the only 2 (aside from you) that are using your profile? Kicks may not be working 100%, but its not crashing WoW.

There is a NPC at the entrance to the blasted lands that will let you phase back in time to do the quests.

 

I realize this after. This does mean that the script doesn't do what it needs to and ends up just standing around.

Also, it seems that the script is dorking up because of the new auto-tag-flight-path stuff going on which takes the character sometimes out of range of the Candy Bucket. This is a problem and while it is nice to tag the flight-paths, it not only delays things, but dorks up the scripts. I don't seem to have as much issue when I load my archived version of Kick's from when it was on SVN last -- and at the very least, I can edit the things.

 

I don't know about the store scripts, I still have a SVN copy that I used and tweaked - including (for classic only) adding moveto instructions to recover from the 'get the flightpath' thing. Just babysat the others tho.

 

Do I need a special plugin? My level 86s just fly past all the buckets.

hm my toon dont have Q in Pandaria so at Kun-Lai Summit, Eastwind Rest is just fire and he stand there and wait.
any changse to let him fly next spot after XYx Sec nothing happends ?
