BuyItemFromAhAction Not Buying Item From AH

I've seen several PB related issues raised, but do not think I have seen anyone mention a problem with buying from the AH. So, here it goes...

Using code like the following - with inflated prices to assure that there are auctions that meet the criteria and should be bought - PB is not purchasing anything from the Auction House.

Archeologybuddy worked for me. Learned arch. in Ogrimmar and fired up the bot which flew straight to the closest dig site and finished the excavation there (see attached log). Only did a single test, since the toon had just hit lvl60 and lowspeed flying sucks.

But... Questing in BC using the profile pack from the Buddy store does not work/start. Once hitting 60 I ported to Ogrimmar, learned how to fly and took the portal to the burning crusade starting area. Fired up the bot which just sat there, having path finding issues (see attached log).

Nope - questing in bc is not working. I flew to Thrallmar and started the Bot there - after 2, 3 minutes the bot started moving... only to stop a moment later and sit there, idle.

 

PB - SwitchCharacter

The SwitchCharacter command is not working in PB. This issue appeared sometime before the last WoW patch, but I never saw an issue created to track it.

The last two lines are just log messages from a profile before calling the SwitchCharacter command.

 

I have bags full cost mode and teleport. But the bot uses teleport without waiting for the full shopping bags. Previously, it was good. it appeared only in the new Hb. please correct it

If I play manually and don't use HB game runs fine for hours and never crashes.

 

For some reason, even after a fresh install. I'm getting this popping up. No matter what botbase im choosing. The only scenario in which I dont get this error is running enyo or lazy raider.


However, BGbuddy, Questing, and Grinding botbases all result in this error.

 

Seems to me that the custom class you are using does not support movement...so it will only run with Lazyraider/combat bot and enyo...the rest show you that error..due to the custom class not supporting that botbase.

 

Should have noted that I'm running singular for the above example

i was using quest bot and a non-singular routine, but it could be the routine, will test

EDIT: after manually doing those quests, bot just doesnt move and break upon starting

 

I have done that like 50 times now it dosent work. singualar CR dosent work either with clean install and disable tauhMonk Combat Routines.

 

Grind bot problem

started to level skinning before WoD and used my profile to skin.

As I started the bot keeps killing and looting the mobs but doesn't skin them.
I searched for the issues but maybe its cause the mobs are unknown, since there is a log part called:
"Looting Unkown Object Guid:0x00000000000001010000000000000000"

I have to say that my other profiles worked.
I also have set loot/ninja/skin mobs.
I only use to kill and skin the mobs since I empty my bags personally.

EDIT:
I skinned by myself until the mobs are from "orange" skinning to "yellow" skinning to test if it works now. And yes ironically it works. Maybe Blizz changed the skin-level on some mobs?

 

"Error Trying to Save Settings File" File Already Exists

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated HB, and repeated those steps many many times since the release of the WoD pre-expansion patch. Everytime I try to run Raid Bot in either Singular, Oracle, or Necrophelia, I get the message over and over again, "Error trying to save the settings file: Cannot create a file when that file already exists." Attached is a screenshot and my log. Any help is appreciated (if this issue has been addressed of course). Thanks.

 

Can someone please tell me whats going on with this error I'm receiving. I've done clean install after clean install, following the guide posted by Chinajade.

Yet I still get the same error, trying to run any profile, using singular. On the questing , or grind botbase. (bgbuddy too for what its worth)

It won't stop trying to call pet even if i have one, and it doesn't matter if i help it bring out a pet it will just dismiss and try to revive and re-call constantly

And it also won't skin any mobs in pandaria, with low level skinning, tried many different profiles. it will skin green and yellow mobs only

Edit: Fixed by taming another pet and using that one. But the skinning issue is still a problem

 

Just wanted to say I can confirm this build has resolved this issue for me:

HB-1318: Honorbuddy is not skinning

Actually, looks like it skips skinning sometimes.

It will kill, loot skin, then kill and move on to another mob until eventually it skins again.

 

PB - Buying from AH broken

Hey Chinajade - I posted an issue earlier today about an issue buying items on the AH which you archived as already being on the known issue list. I did check the list and saw nothing mentioning buying from the AH, just this one dealing with posting:

As the two issues are closely related, perhaps this one does cover both buy & selling on the AH, but as the buying problem is not explicitly mentioned, I wanted to make sure you were aware of it. Feel free to archive me again if it is in fact covered and I will take the (second) hint.
