      nothing wrong whit that link. im on EU server and my adress is the same

      check in your start menu ->program-> World of warcraft ->Blizzard Technical support, there you find the same adress.

      You need to stop talking like a smart ass to people.

      You come here posting a stupid thread asking if you are permanent banned, when it is written in the email with proper and clear english that you are SUSPENDED pending INVESTIGATION. If you cared to either use google translate, in case your english aint good. Or just called them, there would be no need for this post, and no need for you to flame people that 'might' not believe the email.
