I ran the wizard and have everything installed fine. I made sure to unblock all files before extraction so my antivirus wouldnt delete them and i even added exceptions to my firewall to allow rb through but it still crashes as soon as i start it (administrator etc). i click it to run it and it says ff14bot has stopped working. click more details and get this Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: rebornbuddy.exe Problem Signature 02: 1.0.189.0 Problem Signature 03: 5447d845 Problem Signature 04: GreyMagic Problem Signature 05: 1.0.0.0 Problem Signature 06: 53c1c199 Problem Signature 07: 18b Problem Signature 08: 19 Problem Signature 09: System.Exception OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Additional Information 3: 0a9e Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Read our privacy statement online: Windows 7 Privacy Statement - Microsoft Windows If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt I have reinstalled twice so what else troubleshooting is there to do?
It was there and I compared the zipped folder to the unzipped and everything matched. I googled the error and it says its some windows thing and I tried all troubleshooting i could think of short of a fresh install. It sucks because I have never had that error before except with RB but on the bright side the company responded to me and issued my refund super quick. Just bummed because I really wanted to try it. ; ;
Very strange. I use a 64 bit version of windows 7 and it works flawlessly. I assume you are using an english ffxiv client with the english rebornbuddy bot? running everything as administrator?
yep i sure am and i also use 64bit win7 and i just fresh installed it like a month ago to ssd and have no issues at all until this ;;
Was the wizard attempting to reinstall something each time you ran it? I actually had to grab the manual .net, tried the wizard three times.
