You need to obtain it from the Buddy Store to use it - it's free, don't worry.

Just add it to your account through there, and it'll be available under the "Buddy Store" option in the Profile dropdown next time you start HB.

 

i bought a key from reseller when i click load profile - from buddy store i dont see the lvl 1-90 questing there

 

If you don't have access to the buddyauth or the e-mail from the original owner, you can't use the buddystore.
