When you set it to learning mode it logs this:
[02:14:58.075 N] Eclipse=>!!!Setting BOT to Passive mode!!! (its not gonna do ANYTHING!)

That means it's just going to learn whats skinnable whats not where things are. So that when you DO turn skinning mode on its going to go and skin everything in the zone that it learned about when you were in learning mode. For example, here is another couple of lines from your log...
      [02:15:32.612 N] Eclipse=>Target changed to Venomtail Scorpid (3127)
[02:15:32.613 N] Eclipse=>Mob is already in the database.
[02:15:32.613 N] Eclipse=>Mob is not marked skinnable in the db but it is - updating.
So it will keep track of the mobs that you encounter and whether or not they have the skinnable flag.
After you have trained it for awhile then you can turn on the full skin mode and it will go back and skin things till your bags explode.
      I hope that helps.
      Thanks,
      Twist

Yeah it will fight your current target no matter what it is when you start it - but you need to click on a target that has been looted and skinnable. The skinnable flag isn't set until after you loot the mob the first time. So ideally you kill one thing and skin it then it will learn about that mob and only skin those, so you go find at least one thing in each area thats skinnable and train it up on those, then you can set it and forget it.

Thats the good thing about learning bots is that you teach it in-game no messing with scripts and mobids and all that jazz. It is, however, also the bad thing because you have to physically go kill stuff in game to teach it. Once you do though it always remembers, so that's something.
Next time you start it it should be already "wise".

Receiving this error : Compiler Error: c:\Users\...\Documents\Honorbuddy\Bots\Eclipse\Views\EclipseConfigForm.cs(84,17) : error CS0103: The name 'Questing' does not exist in the current context
Compiler Error: c:\Users\...\Documents\Honorbuddy\Bots\Eclipse\Views\EclipseConfigForm.cs(89,17) : error CS0103: The name 'Questing' does not exist in the current context

It also does not show up in my bot base list.

The zip file does not extract to a specific folder in the BOT folder in HB. Should I make a folder with a specific name?

Thanks for any help sorry if I am missing something obvious.

I'm gonna go ahead and post this but your latest rev might've fixed this. I get these SQL errors and it stops the bot from doing its job.

      here's the log.

No i still get the same errors heres the log file. a couple question. Do you need to be lvl 90? do you have to be able to fly in the zone you are in?

This is exactly the error i resolved with my last release. You might have to delete what you have and download the latest

I don't think a video is necessary. I would just edit the instruction portion of your first post.

Instructions (how to teach it what to skin):
To add a mob to the database-
      1. Hit start on HB then goto Skinbot settings and select learning mode.
      2. Kill the mob that you want to add to the database
      3. Loot the mob.
      4. Skin it.
      5. Go back to Skinbot settings and unselect learning mode and select skin mode.
      6. Bags Explode

I deleted the old version and placed version 1.1.1 into the bot folder but I'm getting the same error as irishbotter. Should we delete the HB settings folder or....

I looked at your log. It really looks like you don't have .net 4.5 installed.
Can you confirm that you do?
      Thanks,

I played with it quite a bit last night, I did see the same error. Its with teh questing bits that are incomplete. I commented out that line in the pulse and it was all good. If your feeling savvy you can do that, or I can upload a new version in the next couple of days.
