Bot runs questing profile, but errors occur NEED HELP!

So here is all that it states when it fails, "Bot stopping! Reason: Failed to turnin quest at Defense Pylon Central Control Console after 20 seconds" the bot will literally not do the objective but go straight to where he is supposed to turn the quest in and just sit their and stop. Anyone know how to fix this??
