can anyone suggest the absolute best heroics CR right now? I just feel like dominating in heroics for a few days and I have many paid routines but all of my druid routines seem to be mediocre at the moment - I think a lot of these profile coders are spread a bit thin - maybe I just haven't found the best settings yet. I would love to hear from you guys about any success you have had with certain combat routines. I would also LOVE to know about any arena CRs that might actually be working incredibly well right now! thanks a ton in advance!
You didn't say what spec you where but I only have one toon at lvl 100 that can do heroics and that's my Druid as feral/guardian. I'm using Tuanha's paid routine and im topping meters as feral dps and as tank. Works exceedingly well for me. Im 632ilvl.
thanks for the info Alien! I have tuanha paid - i'll try it on my druid I mentioned I don't care what class lol because i'll play any of them as long as there is a working CR to really crush the meters. My druid jumps from feral/boom/resto atm - I would love to try guardian
I also use Tuanha's Druid CR as a Resto Druid and I am very happy with its performance. I have also used Mirabis' Leaves but either I am unable to fully optimise it or it is not optimised for usage right now since while it hasn't caused any wipes and saves a little more mana, I find it way less effective and requires some manual input. If I had time I would invest into Guardian Druid too with the same routine.
No problem mate I'm using Tuanha's routine to level my other druid as boomie but he is not high enough for heroics yet so didn't want to give you advice untried but if it works as well as feral/guardian then it will be awesome.
Tuan does not have Boomkin default settings as far as I recall, but he supports a basic rotation and some basic settings. It was viable at Heroics.
Hmmm he does in the paid version I'm using i only hit 100 today on the boomie so once he is high enough for heroics ill post back. He was doing great dps leveling so I expect it will run just fine, keen to test out the resto side as well on this toon.
well I can confirm that with tuanha paid - resto druid at ilvl 628 was having no problem keeping up terrible players that stood in bad in heroics tonight -- tested in 4 heroics and healed them all just fine
Leaves paid was just updated today and seems to be working even better. No deaths for 3 heroics in a row decent group though too.
Hm, I cannot recall them in the Settings folder. Groovy then! I might give the Boomz a try when I get bored with healing
This is not meant to be a flame comment, but if you want to feel awesome and crush the meters why not play a few by hand? I mean the programmers are the ones doing all the work that you are clicking start with. To each their own though I guess, carry on!
I've played by hand for 8 years + I just started getting serious about CR for arena and bg last year -- when you lose interest in a game - it's very hard to spend the time reading the updates and theorycrafts about each and every class I play - I play a lot of classes - the only character I play by hand is my paladin right now. I understand the idea behind your point of view - but as I am posting in a botting forum and not a play-by-hand forum - I think my question is in a legitimate format here.
I LOVE leaves - absolutely love leaves - and mirabis has done a fantastic job in the past - I think he is spread a bit thin atm with lots of school and coding - I think when leaves is done it will smoke any other resto druid CR out there. But yes -- I was able to make it to wave 9 in endless healing proving ground with leaves Tuanha paid took me to proving grounds healing: Bronze, silver, gold, endless 10, endless 20, and made it to endless 26 in ilvl 624 gear! That alone shows some incredible work on tuanha's part I think he had lots of help with settings and coding ideas for proving grounds from other active testers. I think when it's done - Mirabis will have an insanely good profile on his hands this xpac for Leaves. But yes - I will have to say in it's current state - Tuanha resto is working better than leaves in both PVE and PVP.
The only routine i have seen perfect feral numbers on, are Superbad. One of the best routines i have used.
